Hello @tuedung!

First of all upload the images in full size.

Please make sure that you have activated the proper thumbs.

This can be found in here: https://www.screencast.com/t/N18dR3qZrh

After activating the thumbnail sizes you need to regenerate your thumbnails using a plugin. Check this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-the-theme-with-existing-content/

Thank you!

Hello!

Please check the setting for your mobile version and delete the multiple ads from the fields.
If there are not multiple ads, then you need to check for a plugin conflict. Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
We recommend using WP Super Cache plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Our team will take a look!

Thank you!

Hello!

I’m sorry for this inconvenience. And yes, our theme it should work with those plugins well if you have all settings done correctly. About the design of your pages integrated with buddypress, you need to have some adjustment done and it is not enough just to install the plugins and it is done. We do not have specific customizations for buddypress based on every demo, we only make sure the plugin is compatible with our theme from the functionality perspective.
Please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin, so we can investigate more into this issue, check what can be done and provide you a best solution. Also paste a link to this topic so we can easily identify you.
Let us know and we will gladly assist you.

Thank you!

Hello!

The images are cropped automatically for the blocks, that’s why you can disable the thumbs you are not using. Set up your thumbs from Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Block settings -> Thumbs on modules/blocks. If you deactivate a dimension from there, next time when you will upload an image, it will not be resized to that dimension.
After changing the thumbnail sizes you need to regenerate your thumbnails using a plugin. Check this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-the-theme-with-existing-content/

You can not use those custom sizes from WordPress, unless you modify the way the blocks work.

Thank you!

Hello!

Normally, if you disable the load default fonts, then these should not load at all.
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.

Hello!

I checked your website and it seems you have some ads which are displaying, but also some gaps where the ads should be displayed. Please check to add the ads with problems in another locations and see if they works or not. Maybe, the problem could be in the ads provider, and not in the theme because if it was a problem from the theme the ads were not displaying at all and also no gap. Or, try to add an ad code which is displaying already in the website and add it in the place where you have the problem and see if it works.

Let us know about your results!

Hello!

Unfortunately, all javascript files from our theme get combined into a bigger, minified javascript file which gets delivered to the client and original files get removed from the package. So, even though you edit the original files, they will not get recompiled at all and so the changes will not take effect to your website.

For customization and other services you can contact our custom work team here: https://tagdiv.com/premium-customization-services/

Thank you for your understanding!
