Hello,

Sorry but there is no simple solution for this. It is a js loaded functionality. The code is very complex and minified as well. Sorry but there is no simple wsolution we can provide in this regard. We cannot offer any customization services at the moment.

Thank you!

Hello,

Please remove any css minification or optimization on your site. You use a tool that converts the standard theme css and that appears to affect the proper functionality.

Thank you!

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback. I will ad these suggestions to our list for the amp plugin and consider them for future versions of it.

Thank you!

Hello,

Yes, you can show multiple categories in one block by using the multiple categories filter. Please read this guide to learn how to set the blocks in our theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-tutorial/

Thank you!

Hello,

There is also the js to consider. Not only the css works with breakpoints. Our theme also has js loaded elements. If you alter the js, there is another step to be taken as the theme uses the min js version so any change to the js will require you to minify the js file after the change and replace the tagdiv min js code with the new modified version and minifed of course.

Thank you!

Sorry but we cannot access your site either.

Thanks.

The smart sidebar usually breaks if the js encounters errors. Most likely you have a js error and multiple js elements broke on your site, not just the sidebar. You can see the error in the browser console: https://www.screencast.com/t/7bwYhJIIu
Please disable rocket loader and do not minify the js as it is already minifed in our theme. The theme uses the minified version by default.

Thank you!

You can try this method of implementation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/newsletter-plugin-as-a-widget/

Thanks.

Hello,

If the ads require a custom implementation you will have to ad the code via the theme files. You can find the tags here: https://www.screencast.com/t/lxpZie2I

Thank you!

Hello,

You can do it fairly simple. You will need to create separate pages for each employee and then use for example an image box element or a single image that is linked to the page for each employee. Use the tagdiv composer and the elements provided in the plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

Thank you!

Hi,

I cannot see any error on my end: https://www.screencast.com/t/79wUxpoo
Please clear your browser cache or test from a different browser.

Please follow this topic:

Correct. The code specifically targets the image box element.

Hello,

Please provide more details to what image you are referring to so I can provide the proper solution.

hello,

We do not recommend removing the theme css as it is needed for the proper functionality of the theme. In the future we will change the css implementation in our theme but for the time being we do not recommend altering the structure of the css

Thank you!

Unfortunately since the plugin is not tested, there could be issues with the compatibility between the plugin and our theme. As Simion mentioned, our theme is not compatible with every plugin out there. The only tested and recommended plugins we can assure work 100% with our theme are found in the theme plugins section: https://www.screencast.com/t/Bsboo8gmJRg
Anything beyond this list is not tested and not covered by the theme support.

Thank you for understanding.

Hello,

Yes, we do have plans to make implementation regarding the post, categories or other templates width as it is one of our most requested features.

Hi,

I cannot see any overlapping content now on your site now. If you still encounter this issue, please read this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/two-issues-instagram-photo-articles/

Thank you!

Hello,

Pleas make sure you use the latest version (8.7.2) as there was an issue addressed in the latest version regarding slow back-end response when using the tagdiv composer.

Please also make sure you use this guide to have the proper memory allocation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/

Hello,

Sorry but for the moment our theme does not offer the possibility to add individual background color or images for specific templates.

Thanks.

Hi,

You can do it if you create a page mega menu: https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-menu/
Basically you create the menu structure as you need it on a new page and then set the page as a menu item as described in the guide.

Thank you!

Hello,

You are using a blog homepage. Please use a static page. Use this guide:https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/

Hi,

Already replied via facebook on this one. There is a setting in the theme panel you still have to change: https://www.screencast.com/t/LwVCLA525Y

Thank you!

Hello,

Unfortunately there is no simple solution top this request. You posted the mega menu from Newsmag and you use Newspaper. They are 2 different themes with different implementation.

Thank you!

Hello,
This is because you altered the main width of the content: https://www.screencast.com/t/qtJP2Bgk so the thumb gets stretched as well.
By default only the multi-purpose elements support the altered width on the row. The blurry images are a side-effect of changing the width on the row containing the block.

Thank you!
