By default this should not happen as a demo only changes the front-end of the site, not the back-end.

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

1)Yes, you can replicate any demo without the dummy data but you need to install that demo in order for the theme to load the specific css needed.
2) please disable the child theme if you do not see the save buton as the new multi-purpose plugin has an issue with the child theme that will soon be fixed.

Sorry but the theme does not offer specific fonts for the buddypress templates. THey can be changed wit css though. Please provide an example of the fonts you want changed and I will provide the css code necessary.

For pages you can use an ad box element and place the ad you like in the specific page using the custom ads section of the theme panel: https://forum.tagdiv.com/custom-ad-spots/
On categories however, you will have to search for a plugin as the theme cannot offer different ads for different categories.

Sorry but for the moment there is no RTL implementation.
As for the category list, the theme has no feature to show all of the sub-categories on the category page. There is no such implementation. Category pages will show posts, not other category pages.

Yes there is via custom code modifications, but the theme does not provide such settings. You will have to do it yourself if you have the know-how or hire a freelancer to help out with the code. Sorry but we cannot offer any customization services for the moment.
