For post style 7, things are easier as it uses the full image. It is not cropped just moved in css.

Please add this code in the theme panel-> custom css box:

.single_template_7 .td-backstretch{
transform: translate3d(-50%, -40%, 0px) scale(1.07, 1.07)!important;
}

The 40% is the height value. Change it to your own preference.

That seems to be a category.
A category will show posts using a grid and modules beneath. If you only have 3 posts, it will only fill the grid and not the module. You can however change this behavior and remove the grid entirely from the theme category settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-category-settings-work/

The option you seek is called a “mega-menu”

*note: If the option does not appear in the designated area, check the screen options at the top and if the option is still missing, try it without plugins, as we have encountered plugins that can interfere with the option before.
