Hello,

I have just tested this on my end but it works as expected. Are you sure you have any posts marked with the tags tag33 and tag55? Here is my example: https://www.screencast.com/t/ySz7m7VGMU
All the posts that have one of these 2 tags show up in the block. Please also chack your post sorting options as you may have selected a sorting option that requires an extra setting like the 7 days popular.

Thank you!

Hi,

You use the mobile theme plugin on your site so in this case each and every setting you can make for the mobile version is made from the mobile theme section of the theme panel here: https://www.screencast.com/t/okgUYynLYQe

Thank you!

If the access token does not get generated it means you did not update the plugin. The version you are using does not work anymore because of facebook changes to their code. Please update your theme to the latest version and also update the plugin by disabling and deleting the current one you use and installing it again from the new theme package you download from envato. Then the access toke will work .Important however is to clear all caching including the browser cache.

Thank you!

Hello,

I understand the situation but as Chris said, there is no way of forcing google to do anything. The markup is there. Google needs to interpret it as it sees fit. I already told you we are looking into this. I do not have a solution yet. We are still working on it. These things take time and rigorous tests. I cannot provide any instant solution. Lots of tests have to be made to see why this happens. If this is very urgent to you, then you can simply replace the theme breadcrumbs with the yoast breadcrumbs if you have the proper coding skills needed.
I’m sorry but please understand that these things take time especially when google is involved.

Thank you!

Hello,

The hqdefault file code is found here: https://www.screencast.com/t/SYx6yTFfaaYA We have not tested changing it though but you can give it a shot and see how it goes.

Hello,

It can be done with customization if you are confortable editing the post template.
You will have to copy over the meta information from another post template like the default post template for example and remove the meta from post style 7.
You would remove this part of the post style 7 code : https://www.screencast.com/t/6JUDasuXaDa0
And then copy over the header part from the default post template: https://www.screencast.com/t/tQJkHje7 and paste it into the post style 7 loo-single-7.php file: https://www.screencast.com/t/4cpnEBMQTkiX
It could need a bit of css for the white color:
.td-post-template-7 .td-post-title .td-post-author-name, .td-post-template-7 .td-post-title .td-post-author-name a, .td-post-template-7 .td-post-title .td-post-date, .td-post-template-7 .td-post-title .td-post-comments a, .td-post-template-7 .td-post-title .td-post-views{
color:black;
}

I hope this helps.
Thanks.

Hello,

The social icons in our theme are found in this array: https://www.screencast.com/t/MHApakpfHWKp These are the same on the user page as the social icons in the theme panel: https://www.screencast.com/t/LloGZdY8dY4

Hello,

Without the access token, it will not work. It is required for the plugin to connect to FB. If you cannot generate the access token it means you did not update the plugin. Please delete it and install this one: http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/td-social-counter.zip Then try to generate the access token again

Thank you!

Hello,

Well that is the default implementation of the theme mega menu. It is also like that on our default demo: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/
There seems to be nothing wrong with your mega-menu.

Thank you!

Hello,

The sidebar is also grabbed from the primary category indeed as @EU-uutiset mentions. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/primary-category/
Thanks.

Hi,

The same method applies to the a tags. The search links can be found here: https://www.screencast.com/t/IxHjOYmaP

Hello,

Glad you solved it. The primary category selected for the post is explained better here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/primary-category/

Thanks.

Hello,

If you use the mobile theme the grid at the top can only be removed by altering the mobile theme code. The solution is not simple though as multiple files need to be altered before removing the grid.
If you do not like the mobile theme layout then it;s simpler to use the standard responsive version of the theme as the mobile theme plugin is not mandatory. It is an optional plugin. The theme is responsive without it.

Hi,

The color setting work like this.
If you have no other color selected for the heading background, the related articles and other blocks will grab the color from the theme accent color.
If you set a headers background color and text color, they will grab the color from there, not the theme accent anymore.
The related articles though does not grab the color as it has 2 colors. A black one for the non-active element and a white color for the active element.
If you want to change the color of the active element, please use this css code in the theme panel-> custm css box to change the related articles header text color:
.td_block_template_1 .td-related-title .td-cur-simple-item{
color: #ffcc00!important;
}

Thank you!

Hello,

This practice is not recommended (having all posts inside one big category) as you will loose the ability to filter them based on their category. It is best to have separate categories and filter separate categories on your blocks. The unique articles will not work with pagination.
The offset is used only if you filter the latest posts and the same category on all of the blocks. It will not work well with other sorting options except ‘latest posts’
When using a featured sorting option, there is no way of removing the post from the other blocks except the unique articles option.
Unfortunately there is no simple solution because the featured posts will show up in the block that sorts the category they belong to as well. The unique articles is the only option that can prevent this but it will not work with pagination. Sorry.

Thanks.

Hello,

If you can see the changes on the phone, but no on pc, then it is most likely the pc is the cause of your issues. Try it on a different machine. Try a laptop or tablet and see if the changes are there. Our theme does not influence the content you add to your site. It should be visible on all devices one a post is created and published. There is a possibility you sorted the blocks in a different way than on the mobile version. If you use the mobile theme, the most recent posts will always show up as the homepage gets converted to a predefined one: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Try to disable the mobile theme if you use it and check to see if the changes take place without it. If you cannot see the post on mobile as well without the mobile theme, then it;s the post sorting of your blocks that most likely cause the issue. This guide should help with the settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/

I hope this helps.
Let us know how it goes.

Thank you!

Hello,

You probably did not enable the new thumbnail used for the big grid full 1. Please enable this thumb from the theme panel->block settings->thumbs on modules and blocks: https://www.screencast.com/t/wJidz8WmRUzw

Thank you!

Hi,

You can use this code in the theme panel-> custom css box or advanced css if you want to alter the amrgins for responsiveness:
.td-header-style-12 .td-a-rec-id-header > div{
margin: 24px auto 24px auto !important;
}

Thanks.

Hello,

Not all blocks can be handled individually in our theme. The related articles color is grabbed from the theme accent color you set here: https://www.screencast.com/t/j19gs2osq This color will be grabbed by multiple elements on your site including links, hover colors and block/widget titles.
If you need further customization to the related articles element, you will need to use css to customize the colors for this block in particular. Please let us know if you need to customize the related articles element and specify how you want it so we can provide the proper code.

Thank you!

Yes you can do that also but the recommended way of using visual composer is this one: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Thank you!

Bogdan B.
tagDiv Staff

Hello,

1) Yes, tabs are very complex elements and they should not be used with other complex elements as they will not work properly. This is a known issue and unfortunately is hard to overcome as the tabs are not theme specific elements but rather visual composer elements.

2) You will have to regenerate your thumbnails using the force regenerate plugin is the video thumbnail is big enough to display in that grid. There is a chance the video thumb simply is not big enough to fit. Our theme will only crop images to fit the grids, The theme will not enlarge images.

Thank you!

Hello,

This happens because of the mobile theme plugin. It needs you to add a mobile version of your page. If you do not add anything in the mobile theme editor, then nothing will show up. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Thank you!
