Hi,

If you get a 500 error this is usually caused by poor memory allocation or file permission issues. Please use this guide to increase your wp and php memory: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and use this guide to properly set up the file permissions:https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-fix-file-and-folder-permissions-error-in-wordpress/

Thank you!

Hello,

Most of the theme files were moved into the tagdiv composer plugin as per the requirements of envato: https://help.author.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000472383-WordPress-Theme-Requirements.
We wrote an article on the subject here: https://tagdiv.com/updating-the-core-of-tagdiv-themes/
The files are now found under the tagdiv composer plugin file structure.

Thank you!

Hello,

The big grid flex allows you to set the fonts directly in the tagdiv composer on the block settings under the style tab: https://www.screencast.com/t/9pRvRv6V

Hello,

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Thank you!

Hello,

The widget appears in every blog post because you have it set in the
sidebar. Please access the widgets area of WordPress and remove the Instagram widget.
As for the social counter please read this guide to learn how to set it up: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/

Hello,

Sorry but there is nothing to be done once he accesses your dashboard. He already will have access to all the theme files and if he wants to add malicious code, he can.

Thanks

Hello,
To learn more about footer templates please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/

Yes the blocks are all different. Why would they be the same? IF they were the same it would not make sense to have multiple versions of the same block. Please read the theme documentation and check this section to see the different block layouts: https://www.screencast.com/t/l41HAGg8

Hello,

We are not getting this on any of our testing platforms so we cannot recreate it. If it was a theme issues, we would also have been able to detect it, but since this is not the case, I suspect there is an external cause for this.
Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Alternatively, if you did not replace all of the theme files we recommend you do so now. Delete all of your theme file structure as it was changed in the latest version.
Make the update the proper way by deleting your theme and installing the latest version as shown here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/

Thank you!

Hello,

This meas you htaccess gets rewritten by your host or plugins. Your best bet is to contact the host and increase this from the php settings directly, not from htaccess.

Thank you!

Hi,

Please provide a link to your site and provide an example of which ads are not working so we can check why this happens. The major change in newspaper 9.6 was the amp implementation so maybe this is the cause of the ads problem. You probably did not make the adjustment or the amp template.

Thank you!

Hello,

Sorry for the inconvenience but if you update the theme and do not update the tagdiv composer plugin immediately (the first thing you do) then the widgets will be gone.
Keep this in mind for any future update After you update the theme, make sure you press update for the tagdiv composer as the absolute first thing you do in the dashboard.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Moving forward with such requirements, a child theme will only work with functions.php, style.css and the few files left in the main theme folder as envato requires all functionality to be added through plugins.

Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for understanding.

Hello,

The flex blocks do not have separate modules. It is a single module for each flex block that is flexible and adjustable.
