The page menu will not work on mobile devices mobile theme or not. The page menu is part of the mega menu and the mega menu is for desktop and tablets only. The mobile menu is very different from the desktop menu and it cannot have a page menu or mega menu.

You will have to use a css code to remove the top padding on pages.
Add this code in the theme panel->custom css box:
.td-main-page-wrap{
padding-top:0!important;
}
This code will affect all pages. The white space is there for the title and breadcrumb. If you have pages where you want to show the page title and breadcrumb then you will have to adapt the css code above to only affect the specific page. In order to do that you will have to use the page id. You can see the page id like so: http://screencast.com/t/kKkLxEZo
Then you ca use it in the above code like so:

Thank you for your suggestion but unfortunately this will be very difficult to make as we would have to create a special version of the theme to fit the Chinese software limitations including google fonts and social networks. I will add this suggestion but i cannot promise anything as our theme is sold international and we have to fulfill the majority’s demand. Sorry. You will have to customize the theme to add your very own social networks and remove the existing ones. This can be done for the social share icons or the header and footer icons, but for the social counter plugin, this will be very difficult to make as it is a very complex plugin.

If the SEO is done properly (use seo yoast) you do not need any extra markup in the theme or spend extra money for it. The theme will allow you to get review stars in google.
