Yes, we know but in the current version the layout will not allow it to behave like that anymore. There were a few changes to the layout in 7.5 and there cannot be anything beyond the layout except for full width elements. This is the way it was supposed to be in previous versions as well.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Hi,
Sorry but our theme does not have any module to show posts on 3 columns. There is a block that shows 3 posts on 2 columns but it can only be used on pages, not on categories unfortunately. The element is block 14: http://screencast.com/t/pz1LMTFb
Thank you!
Hello,
The sidebars on pages were removed in the previous version. (7.5) You will have to use visual composer to show sidebars on pages either with a widgetized sidebar element or with a split row in a 2.3 + 1/3 layouyt.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please also check the host as it seems there are more and more cases in which the host provides caching to their customers. You might want to check withe them as well.
Thank you!
Ok,
But this does not help me provide any solution. I wanted to see your background and site as not all header styles are the same, not all containers are the same. Thsi does not help me figure it out for you.
Thanks
Well the script was successful if it says you should regenerate thumbs. It seems there is no success message after all. I have just tested it again (sorry but version 4 is very old and we haven’t tested anything on it in a long time :)) The process is completed and you can move on and check your site. If your site disaplays fine, then the process is complete.
Please note that some items will have to be recreated using the new elements in visual composer.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please allow it a bit of time as it will not be instant and it is affected by cache. Please clear all caching on your site and ask the host to disable any hosting side cache that might be in place.
Thank you!
The default fonts used in our theme are open sans and roboto. However these do not apply to all elements. Other fonts such as the post content will default to Verdana
Thank you!
Unfortunately it seems your content is mission from your site. The theme does not handle the content. It is handled by wordpress and stored in the database. The theme will not delete your content. It only styles how the content is shown, but it will not be able to delete content. The theme only deletes the demo content installed by the demos. If you edited a demo and edited all the posts and then switched demos, then the content could have been removed, but not if you created your own content though. Please do not edit the demo content that comes with the demos as it will get removed when uninstalling a demo or switching demos.
Sorry but I do not know of any other explanation for missing content.
Thank you!
Hello,
If you did not alter the theme files in any way then you will not lose anything. Your settings are kept in the database. It is recommended however to create a back-up before every update just to be safe: https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups
then use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Thank you!
Hello,
Sorry but I cannot access your site. The issue seems to be caused by the mobile theme though. The mobile theme does not use visual composer blocks. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!
Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer and revolution slider, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Then test again with only the 2 plugins active. I tested the theme with both pluginhs but could not see any conflict.
Here is an example on my end: http://screencast.com/t/p2UCwsu4FU
post settings work as expected: http://screencast.com/t/c2IAeI3b
rev slider works as expected: http://screencast.com/t/6B6G3RUy
Thank you!
Well it is a code customization so you will have to delete that part of the code again. of course the problem is back because there is no update proof way of altering the theme files. Please follow the above instructions again
Thank you!
Hello,
Unfortunately the mobile version of the site cannot look the same as the desktop because the layout will not allow it. There are 2 option for mobile. You can use the mobile theme plugin or the standard responsive version of the theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!
Hello,
There should be a message that will let you know when the process is completed. Please disable all plugins and do this without plugins.
Let us know if you still have trouble with this
Thank you!
Our theme is fully compatible with both http and https. Please use these few resources for a few hints on how to properly set up https:

Hello,
We will need more details about this issue. What is not working properly? Please provide an example and a link to your site.
Thank you!
Hi,
Now I see what you men, I thought the big thumb is the one in question but it’s actually the small thumbs.
The big thumb seems to be grabbed using htpps: http://screencast.com/t/q2W65fyHxQMK
Our theme uses this WP function: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/is_ssl/ so if ssl is detected, the theme will switch to https including the thumbs. What I think about is maybe the element was created before you moved to https and the http was detected first. One solution to this is to simply delete the element and create it again now that you have https running.
Let us know if the issue is still there and if the problem persists I will pass it on to the development team and have them run some tests at a development level and come up with a possible fix.
Thank you!
Thank you!

Hello,
Unfortunately there is no simple way of knowing what images will need to be cropped and which ones are not needed. If you want to delete the unused ones, you will have to access your files, (not the media library) as you cannot see each thumb in the media library. Access your uploads folder of WP and you will see each thumb in there and you can delete the ones you do not use.
This will not be an easy thing to do unfortunately.
The best way of preventing the use of too many thumbnails is to rethink your website and only use a few elements. Do not use lots and lots of different modules and blocks on your site that each require a new thumb to display. Assess the blocks used and the thumbs you need, and remove the others you do not use from the theme thumbnail section: http://screencast.com/t/WpFTEQmd3Fo
Here is a list of thumbs used on modules and blocks used in our theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/
Thank you!
If the file you edit will be changed, you will have to re-make the customization. There is no update proof way of modifying the theme files.
Thank you!
Hello,
Unfortunately there is no simple way to alter a block thumbnail. You will need coding skills for it in order to use the theme api system https://forum.tagdiv.com/api-thumbnail-introduction/
Fo r the category template, you will have to access the per category settings. access the category name you want to change like so: http://screencast.com/t/OHdhqwIl7rnD
As for the block title link: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
Thank you!
Hello,
Unfortunately the child theme is not update proof. Depending on the file you edited in the child theme, you will probably have to replace and re-add your customization to the file in the child theme.
You can use this guide to update the main theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
As for the child theme please read this topic:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/setting-up-child-theme/
