the most simple alternative is to manually add your post views as there is a filed in the back-end that lets you add the numbers in and that’s that. You could add a +100 instead of a *1.5…so the counter will start at 100 views and go from there, or simply manually add the 100 views when creating a post in the back-end like so: http://screencast.com/t/1gZe3VRm
Make sure ti run tests on a testing platform first…not on the live site though 🙂

Widgets are deleted from where they are created, not from the widgets editor. On a post on or the category pages where you have the option to create a sidebar, there is the option to also delete it.
As for the scroll, I’m not sure what you mean as the widgets section already has a scroll option.

Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Also remove any image optimization tools such as photon.
Most images appear fine. Only the ones that are too small do not position properly in the grids. You must make sure you upload images that are big enough to fit in the grids as the theme will not enlarge images. It only crops them.

Unfortunately for pages you cannot place an ad automatically for all pages inside the content. You can place an ad in the page template but it will not show in the middle of the content. It can only be shown above or below the content.
try it like so:

1. Place an ad in custom ad spot 1 in your theme panel.

2. Use this shortcode:
<?php echo do_shortcode('[td_block_ad_box spot_id="custom_ad_1"]'); ?>

Our theme does not allow any sticky sidebar if that option is off. Your sidebars could not have been sticky at all without that option unless they came from a third party solution. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/smart-sidebar-2/
Without that option on, our theme will not show any sticky sidebar
If your sidebar is not sticky with that option on, then you have an error on your site that needs fixing. It is most likely a plugin conflict as it;s the number one reason for such issues. It could be other things such as customization, a faulty child theme, a js optimization…it could be a number of things. Please provide a link to your site so we can inspect it. I suspect it’s a plugin though as you seem to be using quite a lot of them on your site.

You can simply paste the adsense code inside the post content where you want it, but you could use the custom ad spots so you can choose different size settings provided by our ad system. Yes, that is the option that needs to be made. There is no other option to add a page in the block. Any sort of page/post/cpt, is a post type. In order to change the blocks from showing posts to showing pages you need to change the post type. Simply type “page” in that field.

The simplest way to do it if you are not familiar with coding is to use a plugin to insert js into a post. Tutorial from my previous reply shows how you can do this.
Sorry but your code does not do anything on my end even in a raw js element so I cannot test how it should or should not work. Please ask the person who provided the code for specific instructions to how it should be implemented and used as I cannot say for sure.
