Hello,
It seems the latest version of this plugin causes this issue. We have investigated this and in order to get rid of the warnings, you will have to edit the plugin files here: http://screencast.com/t/T19QvNYAEF and replace the code with this one: http://pastebin.com/JhB3Q6P8
This is a temporary quick fix though. We will look into it and see if we can correct this from the theme side in a future update.
Thank you!

Hello,

In this case you have to update your visual composer plugin to the latest version by following this guide:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/

Hello,
You can get rid of the sign-in button by removing it from the theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/bCNlDJfwQpt
As for the menu items, you can make them open a sub-menu when clicked by creating your menu items as a custom menu and addin a “#” in the url field like so: http://screencast.com/t/A6XWJm9LNs6w
Thank you!

Hello,
It could be some custom css you had in place for your header or a plugin conflict so please remove any custom code you may have in place and disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.
Let us know if you still have trouble with the header.
Thank you!

Hello,
You can create your homepage using visual composer and replicate any category page. You just need a big grid: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/big-grid-1/ and one of the content blocks: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-1/ Here is a guide on how to use visual composer: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/
Thank you!

Hi,
Unfortunately our theme only supports featured images added the standard way from the media center. There is however a payed plugin some of our users recommend that is called Auto Post Thumbnail PRO which will grab the first image from your content and set it as featured. It will not grab external images though.
Thank you!

Hi,
First you will need to update your theme to the latest version by following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and then also update the plugin. Visual composer and social counter: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ and then disable page views from the theme panel like so: http://screencast.com/t/OnfnQ1wKCj
Thank you!

Hi,
‘Trending now’ is visible on mobile phones in our theme as you can see on our demo: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ This is not the case if you use the mobile theme. The mobile theme does not use visual composer and trending now and other VC elements will not work with it. You can read more on the mobile theme here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If you do not like the mobile theme you can disable it as it;s an optional plugin.
Thank you!

Hi,
I understand your request but this was a decision made by the development team to make the posts slide on mobile. I will add this to our list for future updates but I cannot promise any thing as the dev. team decides what and how it gets implemented.
Thank you!

Hi,
You have a custom css in place that does not come from the theme. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Also if you have any custom modifications in place, please revert the theme to it;s default code.
Thank you!

Hi,
The redirects issue is a well known wp issue. Please try this method: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-error-too-many-redirects-issue-in-wordpress/
Let us know if you still have trouble with this.

Hello,

Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then delete the current social counter from the plugins section (delete files) and then install it again from here: http://screencast.com/t/HeuWIAsEtn
As for the mobile theme, please read this guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If you do not like the mobile theme layout, you can always disable it as it’s an optional plugin. you will still have a responsive version of the website that works properly on all devices.

Thank you!

Hi Robert,

Unfortunately there is little that can be done about it. If you move css to the footer, all of the styles will be loaded later and you will see each css re-write. In order to avoid this, you need coding knowledge and place your css styles directly in style.css and there is no way of adding it automatically. Alternatively, you can use speedbooster and simply remove style.css from it;s files so it will not get moved at all but you still move other render blocks.

Thank you!

Hello,
Please clear your cache and then replace w3 total cache. The recommended caching plugin to use with our theme is wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Let us know if you still have the issue afterwards.
Thank you!

Hello,
Here is where the product content is called in our theme: http://screencast.com/t/jeeDmXSkSDM You can try altering this file or the woocommerce files directly.
Maybe you can find a solution here: https://support.advancedcustomfields.com/forums/topic/acf-with-woocommerce/
Thank you!

Hello,

The issue is rather simple. You have to update your plugins as well as the theme as the old social counter from newspaper 6 will not work anymore in newspaper 7. Please disable and delete files for your current plugin and then install it again by using the version provided in the archive you downloaded from envato.
Please make sure to update the visual composer plugin as well: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/

I hope this helps.
Thank you for your message!

Hello,

Any one of those plugins can cause issues as you use quite a number of untested plugins and in most cases plugins conflict even with each-other. Not only conflict with the theme. Here is a list of tested plugins to use: http://screencast.com/t/LGEVqrzf4GaQ and maybe this guide will help also: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Please try to disable any untested plugins and try to set up wp super cache according to the guide and then test your site again and see if you have any more downtime. You can also check your system status: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/

Thank you!

Hello,
Unfortunately most people activate this plugin without knowing what it does so please read this topic of our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and if you do not like the mobile theme you can always deactivate the plugin as it is not a required one but rather optional for users seeking better loading times for mobile. You can have the responsive version of the theme without the mobile theme plugin.
Thank you!

Bogdan B.

Hello,
Unfortunately the mobile theme plugin does not yet have any other sorting options. We will add more in the future but at the moment it will only show featured and latest posts. If you do not want to use the mobile theme, you can disable the plugin as it is optional and use the responsive version of the theme for mobile.

Thank you!

Hi,

I’m not sure exactly what hyperlinks you are referring to .There is no link before the post starts except for the menu and breadcrumb. Anything that comes after it is inside the post content itself. You can add as many links inside the post content as you wish.

Thank you!

Bogdan B.

Hello,
This usually happens due to caching issues whether its’s an unsupported caching plugin (w3 total cache or wp rocket) or certain settings in the hosting cache or the cdn server. We suggest testing this without cdn or other cache and only with the recommended plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thank you!

Hi Stanley,

Unfortunately we have not tested any RSS plugins so we cannot say for sure what they can or cannot do. What I can say is what the theme can do. Our theme was built with creating content in mind. Not pulling from external sources. So there is no theme option that can do this. For the post template, we do not have that sort of layout to provide. You can try to use visual composer on posts by activating it from post settings but this is not tested so it could provide mixed results. Try using blocks on posts or adding the layout directly in the post files by using the do_shortcode funtion: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/do_shortcode/
You can search through this forum for do_shortcode if you do not know how to use it as we provided solutions with it quite a few times. You use visual composer shortcodes inside the function and then add it in the post template files.

I hope this helps.
Thanks.

Hello,
Please provide a link to your site as we cannot replicate this on our end. A screenshot of the error could also help.

Hello,

@emalgumlugardomundo
The option you want to use is used like so: https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/

@webcreativeng
We have not tested the Ubermenu plugin so I cannot say for sure if it will work or not with our theme. Try a few free plugin out and see how they work.

Thank you!
