Hello,
I see you managed to install the demo and the images display as expected at the moment. The logo does not display because it cannot be found in the specified path.
Technically you can use the theme even without those parameters but you will have limitations though. You will not be able to use larger images and maybe you will have difficulties when using lots of complex elements.
Please let us know if you still require assistance.
Thank you!

Hi,

You can use this css to center it:

@media (max-width: 767px){
.td-header-style-8 .td-header-top-menu {
display: block!important;
width: 116px!important;
margin-left: auto!important;
margin-right: auto!important;
}
}

Thank you!

Hello,
This error refers to your wordpress install and not the theme files. Please switch to a wordpress default theme like twentyfifteen and try to add a page again to see if you still get the error. If you do, then there is something wrong with your WP install.
Let us know.
Thank you!

Hello,
Unfortunately there is no way to disable it from the theme panel, but you can hide it with css if you want:
.td-category-pulldown-filter{
display:none!important;
}

Thanks.

Hello,
M15 does not have a read more button, but M14 does. I tested this on my end but the theme color (in my case purple) is set to the read more button as well: http://screencast.com/t/6GVe8aWMr
Please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn if you use it as sometimes plugins can interfere with the css.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!

Hello,
Please provide a link to your website so we can see this line as we cannot see any line on our end.

Hello,
Are you maybe using the travel demo or the cars enthusiast demo? Please provide more details to what image you want removed because there are different types of homepages in our themes.
Thank you!

Hi,

There’s no ideal image size, the modules have thumbs with different aspect ratios and a part of the image may get lost on the cropping process. Anyway the featured image must be at least thumb size used on modules/blocks. You can read more about the featured image size here (it’s from Newsmag documentation but the principles are the same) – https://forum.tagdiv.com/image-size/ You have to do some tests and see what aspect ratio to use, depending what blocks/modules you use most.

Thanks!

Hello,
You can remove the ads from the demo in the ads section of the theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/q60PcmDjHvn

Hello,
The guide on how to make your website faster does a pretty good job of explaining the process. If you cannot follow along on all of the steps, unfortunately you will have to get someone to help you in this matter. We can only guide you in the right direction but you are the one that has to do the adjustments.
Please try to disable your plugins as well as speedbooster has a compatibility list built-in that makes it deactivate if your plugins are not compatible. You should definitely contact your hosting provider for the gzip compression.
Please follow every step of the tutorial closely and check your modification after every step to see if there is any improvement in pagespeed.
Thank you!

Hi,
Our theme does not have such an option at the moment. I will add your suggestion to our list and hopefully we will be able to provide such a feature in a future version of the theme.
Thanks.

Hello,
This is how it displays on our end. There are no menu or title issues. The only one we could see is the font increase.
http://screencast.com/t/vGmwa0jKb2KP – ie8
http://screencast.com/t/JvjuW2u3Gh – ie9
What I discovered is that the font family (Nato sans) does not work in ie8. If you read this topic: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/3694060/how-to-make-google-fonts-work-in-ie you will see that there is an issue with google fonts and ie8.
I hope this helps.
Thank you!

Hello,

1)Fort the first issue, we know about this bug and it will be fixed in the next version.
2)For the update from version 3, unfortunately the post views function was changed along with all the code so it this is likely to happen. It is like switching to a whole different theme.
3)The featured video option will not work on any parallax image post styles (3,4,6,7 and 8). It will work only on post styles 1, 2 and the video formats 9, 10 and 11. There is a notice about this here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/
4) You can use the wordpress custom fields if you want an extra field: https://codex.wordpress.org/Custom_Fields
5) There is a solutioon to add the updated time https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-add-last-updated-time/ We already have this on our suggestion list
6) We do not have AMP support for our themes yet (we have not tested it) but one of our veteran users (Chris) made a tutorial on it here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tutorial-getting-started-with-accelerated-mobile-pages-amp/

I have added your suggestions to our list (the ones we did not yet have) and passed them on to the developer team.

Thank you for your message and suggestions!

Hello,
unfortunately the theme width cannot be changed as our theme elements were built using a fixed width and if this width is changed, then the elements will lose their positioning and the website will “break”. If you have to change the width, then you need to adjust every element you use on your page and it will be no easy task as it’s a fairly complex css. what you can do however for your ad placement is have 2 columns or 1 column in place for your ads in parts of your homepage. (you can have 1, 2 or 3 column layouts on the same page) like so: http://screencast.com/t/3zFNPkto this method will create enough space for your ads.
Thank you!

Hello,
I have checked your website and it seems to display fine in internet explorer 10 and 11. Unfortunately 8 and 9 are way to old for some complex elements and animations. They only support very basic elements. (it’s over 5 years since these versions. That is a lot in internet time as technology advances so fast.)
Please provide an example as i could not see any problems with your website in IE 10 and 11
Thanks.

Hello IngGeek,
I must say, we do appreciate all the help you provide here on our forums. You helped a lot of people with their problems. Thank you!
As for the matter at hand, I could not recreate this issue. I added the same tag on 2 posts and it seems to display fine every time: http://screencast.com/t/kK0lm3UMO We tested on different installs and different machines but the result is still the same.
We are not aware of any such bug so please try it without plugins (if you haven’t already) and if you want us to investigate this, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin.
Thanks.

Hi,
The proper code looks like an adsense ad with multiple lines of code inside a script tag
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/analytics-entry-in-theme-panel/
If you use the theme panel implementation, you do not need to use the first part (like the one you placed in the theme panel) Simply get the code between the script tags and place it in the analytics spot.
Thank you!

Hello,

Unfortunately this error could come from a big number of problems. I believe it happens due to a server configuration which is not responding, it could be due to a delay or it could also be a temporary issue so you can try this a few times and if you still get this error please contact your host provider and let him know about this, ask them to unblock our demo in order to retrieve the theme data. It could also happen due to your wp install or other plugins might also cause this. Also make sure that your permission for the upload folder are set correct. You can check this by trying to upload an image in media library. If the process succeeds then the permission are ok. If not you can use the c-panel to change permissions (set them to 777) or if you do not have access to the cpanel, please contact your hosting provider.
Also make sure you meet the requirements for newspaper: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
If you still cannot install the demo, please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can take a look. Please also provide a link to this topic.

Thank you!

Hello,
Unfortunately it cannot be full width. Our theme depends on a fixed with and all the elements are positioned based on this fixed with. It will be a very difficult task in making the site full width as all the elements need to be adjusted. If you really need this customization, we recommend you hire a freelancer from sites like studio.envato.com
Thank you!

Hello,
You can remove the sidebar on archive pages from here: http://screencast.com/t/5QaSFGRqbaR
In order for us to move the product, you have to hire a freelancer as it is not tat easy. All the css for this element must be changed. You can hire a freelancer form sites like studio.envato.com

Hi,
In order to do this, you can use a css trick and add a backgroun image to your menu but this can only be done with css. There is no setting in the theme panel for it.
You can add it like so: http://screencast.com/t/Ezje4qqYuqIq
.td-header-menu-wrap-full{
background-image: url("http://mag.imshmacked.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/bg-image.png");
background-repeat: no-repeat;
}

It will need further customization for responsiveness though.
I hope this helps.

Hello,
You can see a list of what modules are used in blocks here: http://screencast.com/t/grTW5CJslyJZ
As you can see modules m12 and 13 are not used in any block. This means that you can only use them directly as a module (as a loop) This means you can use it on the homepage only in the latest articles section: loop settings: http://screencast.com/t/EjTL6v9n1
Thank you!

Hello Myles,
Unfortunately the theme has no such option. I understand you want something like this: http://tagdiv.com/ but our homepage is custom made and the theme has no such options. You will have to hire a freelancer to help out as there is no easy solution for this request.
Thank you for your understanding.

Bogdan B.

Hello,
Unfortunately that does not come from our theme, Maybe you had a plugin installed to do that. We have no such pagination on the homepage. If you are unsure of theme specific elements, always refer to the online demo: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/
Thank you!

Bogdan B.

hello Josh,
If you want to change the order of these elements, you will have to edit the theme files as there are no options in the theme panel for them.
You will have to edit these files corresponding for every post template you use: http://screencast.com/t/unA9oHB1
You can move the different parts of the code from the loop file in order to change position: http://screencast.com/t/d6XtKEsTl
Thank you!
