Your posts lack the standard P tags/ That is why you get spacing issues. The default post implementation can be seen here: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/wordpress-news-magazine-charts-the-most-fashionable-new-york-couples-in-2016/
You seem to be using div tags to display post content. In this case, the theme spacing does not apply if you do not use standard p tags. Please only use the standard mce editor to create posts.

The composer files could be blocked by your host as well. We have seen this issue countless times where certain theme files are being blocked by the host or by firewalls that break the theme functionality.

Please create a new shop page using tagdiv composer. Do not edit the shop page created by woocommerce. Use the tagdiv composer and place woocommerce shortcodes on that page using a column text element. After your page is done, you can set it as the shop page in the woocommerce settings.

There is no fix from the theme side or from WP side for this issue. This issue is in most cases provided by blocked theme files by your host or security module/plugin. Each case is different however. Please check the page after you save to make sure your modifications get saved. You can check the browser console when saving to see if you get any errors.
Plugin conflicts can prevent proper saving so please test without plugins. Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

It seems the css is not loading at all. Please check security modules and cache on your host. Disable any optimization tools also. In these cases not just the td composer will be affected.
Plugins can also interfere so make sure you disable all plugins except the tagdiv composer.

Sorry but our theme has only the 2 post formats. You cannot use any others by default you will need code modifications in order to implement additional post formats.
Unfortunately there is no easy solution we can provide for the link post format. You will have to hire a freelancer to help out with the code.
