Please install the theme via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case. Usually, we do not recommend to install the theme via Envato Toolkit because might appears some issues. Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such a support for Mobile Theme customization, sorry! If you want to affect the mobile theme files, you should edit the theme core files from mobile section and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide additional customization at the moment, sorry!

First of all, try to remove and install it again the TD Composer via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, you should make a new theme install via FTP way according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
