Hi,

The most simple way, in this case, is to add your desired ad inside a sidebar at the top of it and then you will bring that ad under the main menu. Another alternative would be to edit the theme core file according to your post template used by you and add there such a code for displaying your ad. -> https://www.screencast.com/t/9znm4N4t06zB If you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you!

Thank you!

Hi,

The analytics code for AMP can be entered in the theme panel – http://prntscr.com/nrs3mo and that’s all.

Hope this helps!

Thanks

Hi,

You can try the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS code.

@media(max-width:767px){
.td-icon-search, .td-post-category{
display:none;
}
}
.td_module_mob_2 .entry-title {
font-weight: 800;
}

Thank you!

Hi,

You need to remove the old Td Composer plugin and update it from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/FIqJD3Dq1uP

Most of the theme files were moved into the tagdiv composer plugin as per the requirements of Envato: https://help.author.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000472383-WordPress-Theme-Requirements.
We wrote an article on the subject here: https://tagdiv.com/updating-the-core-of-tagdiv-themes/

Moving forward with such requirements, a child theme will only work with functions.php, and style.css, as there are very few files left in the main theme as Envato, requires all functionality to be added through plugins.

This is a consequence of the recent modifications to the location of theme files, due to Envato requirements. There is an article about it here – https://tagdiv.com/updating-the-core-of-tagdiv-themes/

Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for understanding.

Hi,

Please try to a default theme and check if that behavior is the same. Also, if the problem is still there, you need to contact your hosting provider, tell this problem because it is possible to have some restriction for that language or something else. You can check the following topic from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/not-able-to-change-permalink-strange-issues-after-installing-yoast-seo/ because there was discussed that topic.

Hope this helps!

Hi,

Please make sure that your TD Composer page builder is enabled. All of these shortcodes come from that page builder and if it will be disabled you will bring the only shortcode on the front end.

Thank you!

Hi,

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to customize the AMP. Our theme has implemented the AMP+Mobile theme functionality and if you will use that option, on the mobile mode you will get the Mobile Theme layout and if you will not use the Mobile theme, will remain the responsive layout.

Thank you!

Hi,

First of all, please make sure that your system status parameters were increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ In major cases, that problem was resolved after you have increased the system status parameters. After this, if the problem persists, please let us know.

Hi,

I have checked your website and I saw that you are using the Fastest CAche plugin which is not tested with our theme and also, we cannot say for sure if it will work or not as expected with our theme, sorry! Generally, it seems to be a problem with such a setting from caching plugins which are exclusively desired for Mobile mode. You can take a look over the next useful guide from here -> https://blogaid.net/wp-fastest-cache-settings/ Please note that we recommend the WP Super Cache plugin with the following configuration from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ if you want to achieve beautiful theme results.

Thank you!

Hi,

I have checked your website URL and I saw that you have a lot of divs with Ads in your post content as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/wCKl0OwQp Unfortunately, this problem doesn’t come from our theme. Check the plugins and remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.

Thank you!

Hi,

I have checked your website and it seems that all of these errors happened due to your inappropriate implementation for your Facebook Pixel. You should check the following topic from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/amp-errors-6/ because there was discussed that problem. Try to add the Facebook Pixel code to the right section from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/50DKjWcMW

Thank you!
