Sorry, but please notice that the menu on mobile has a different functionality than the desktop layout menu and the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to do this, unfortunately! Here is talking about the mobile and desktop menu which has different functionality and which are created differently, sorry! Notice that the menu on mobile is optimized for that viewport (maxim 767px as width) and the theme does not have any option to change it to look like similar with the desktop menu, sorry!
If you want additional customization, you should do it yourself because we cannot provide custom work. Also, if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you! Yes, indeed you will not be able to edit the standard shop page created by Woocommerce with the TagDiv composer. You should create a new page using the TagDiv composer and Woocommerce shortcodes:

Shortcodes are implemented like so in the TagDiv composer: https://www.screencast.com/t/LFAFqmzqyfIO using a column text element.

As a note, the tag div composer can only edit pages that have been originally created with it. The shop page is created by Woocommerce so it cannot be edited. Only replaced by a new one.
