You should try to make a full backup to your database to avoid losing all of your customizations, sorry! Please notice that the first step for WordPress debugging is to try the theme without any customization and untested plugins in default mode. If not then it does not work, it seems to be a problem or if will works, means that the problem comes from your customizations or theme installing. Please do this and check the results.

Unfortunately, please notice that our theme does not have any such an option for chatbot, sorry! most likely, you are using a plugin with this functionality in our theme and which seems does not work with our product, sorry! It’s an untested plugin and we cannot provide support for this. Try to find another plugin in this case because the Text with Title or RAW HRML element from TD Composer should render the shortcode if the plugin is compatible and it the shortcode works as expected.

Notice that in the Theme panel all of these settings are for the whole website. If you do not want to display any ads on the homepage, you should use a bit of CSS code to hide them only on the homepage. As a hint, you should use the .home class for your homepage/frontpage to display none all of your Ads. You can go to the “wp_postmeta” table and find the record that has “meta_key -> td_playlist_video” and change the value in the “meta_value” field. That’s worked for me.

I have inspected your website and I have noticed that it could be a temporary problem with your opacity for the others images. Maybe your images are stuck in opacity 0. This usually happens on a js error caused by plugins or customization or other external optimization tools. Please disable all plugins except visual composer or TD Composer, clear cache and reset CDN files if you use it. Here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/A673riru you can see some errors in your console. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functioning of the theme.
We recommend using our TD COmposer because all of the major improvements in the future will be made on this plugin.
