Also, these settings do not appear on your backend page and therefore you should access your wp-config and define in that file with HTTPS for both, clear all the caches and check the results.

Please keep in mind that if you will manually add the page ID, the sorting, practically will be disabled and the page will be loaded in the order you entered them. It’s a normal behavior! Sorry but the theme does not have any such an option that allows displaying your ads in all of categories and posts. It is needed to make some additional customizations through the theme core files in order to achieve as you wish. It is not a simple task and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer or developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
