You can use any kind of language you want but please notice that our theme has LTR direction and from what I know, the Arabic language has RTL as the direction which our theme does not support.

Please update the theme again via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. Make sure that your system status parameters are correctly increased according to our documentation and also if you are using some untested plugins, clear all of them and leave just to activate the plugins which come bundled with the theme core files.

When you have a lot of subcategories, the related articles will give you posts from the main category. As a hint, I suggest you filter that section by Tags. Add the tag for each kind of food, RICE, etc.
