Unfortunately, the theme has not been tested with Easy Digital Downloads and we have no idea if the theme will work or not as expected with it, sorry! If you want to achieve best theme results you should use only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and check the results.

Also, if the problem is still there and if the HEX section does not appears, please make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results.
