Make sure that you are not using some untested plugins which can interact with the core files and this plugin and causes a lot of unknown issues. Clear all the caches and check the results.

First of all, make sure that you are using the latest theme version installed via FTP way, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of these and leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet, purge all CDN files if you are using the Cloudflare System and check the results.

If you want to change the theme’s style, you should use some Custom CSS code which has to be added to Custom CSS area from Theme panel.
