I suggest you make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest theme method. Check your system status to be increased according to our documentation and if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of these because could appear some conflicts which damage your website.

Unfortunately, this is not a simple task and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry! You should edit the td_data.php and td_config.php where the thumbs are created. Also, notice that you should adjust all of the blocks which you want to use that application.

Unfortunately, please notice that our theme does not support any full-width page and that’s why you cannot achieve this, sorry!
Our product does not have such an option for dynamic width and we do not recommend to do that through the custom CSS code because the layout of the theme will be damaged. If you want to change the width of the theme to be in full-width mode, please notice that is not a simple task and you will have to adjust the entire theme to the new width for better results.

So, if you want to display this, please notice that you should try using the Unique Articles or Offset feature from Blocks when you create your pages. If you want to use the Visual Composer, please check the following useful guide here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/ The maximum recommended layout, in this case, is the 1/3+1/3+1/3 layout. Also, notice that if you want to use our multipurpose plugin you can use the 1/4+1/4+1/4+1/4 layout but only for multipurpose elements.

Please keep in mind that we cannot offer support for your additional customization and if you want to help you in the future, you should make a new clean install from scratch to another sub-domain only with our theme, without any untested plugins.

Regarding the latest request, here is talking about the td-banner-wrap-full container and it’s empty because you do not have any banner ads inside this, sorry! If you will remove it, when you add some ads you will not see them.

Please make sure that your theme’s update has been correctly made via FTP way because this is the surest theme method in this case. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of these and leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. If the problem is still there, you should make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way to another sub-domain and check the results.

First of all, please make sure that you are using the latest theme version installed via FTP way and also, the WordPress version should have to be 4.9.1 because in that version should have to be resolved all the old problems regarding on sidebar’s problems. Another problem, in this case, would be regarding on this topic here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/the-content-of-the-newly-created-widjet-disappears/ Otherwise, if your backup was not done correctly you should recreate your all widgets.

Here is talking about a block title which is empty. If you want to remove this one, you should edit the sidebar which is used for that section and remove from there. Check the Widgets section from WordPress settings and try to get rid out of there.
