Please make sure that you are using only TD COmposer or Visual Composer. If you are using the both of it simultaneously, notice that you can bring some errors with the theme and it’s not recommended this thing. Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme, remove all of the untested plugins if you are using something like this, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there you should make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case. The WordPress controls this feature and if you want to make some adjustments in this regard, you should do it yourself because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry! The post view count is not available for blocks/modules but it’s only available for post. The theme does not have any such an option that allows you to enable this, sorry! Regarding on the second request, the theme does not have an option for it that allows you to turn off the menu. You can use the following code and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS Area.

Notice that our smart list features are too sensible and if you have some untested plugins or if you made some additional customizations, it’s possible to break them. To be sure, remove all of the untested plugins, leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files, remove all the custom code which can affect this, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, you should try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way and check the results.
