I have inspected your website on my iPhone and it seems to work as expected and the shortcode does not appear. Also, I saw that you are using the Mobile Theme plugin which has a default structure and which do not recognize any additional shortcode like above map route. If you want to display the exact layout from the desktop on mobile devices but the responsive mode, you should simply disable the mobile theme plugins. Try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest theme method, clear all the caches and purge CDN files if you are using Cloudflare and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Notice that before each theme install, you should make a full backup to your database to avoid losing your data.

Unfortunately, this is the default size for single image element and the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to change this, sorry! If you want this change, you should edit the theme core files and adjust this element through code if you want to achieve best theme results and also, if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom services at the moment!

Unfortunately, please notice that our theme does not support any full-width page and that’s why you cannot achieve this, sorry!
Our product does not have such an option for dynamic width and we do not recommend to do that through the custom CSS code because the layout of the theme will be damaged. If you want to change the width of the theme to be in full-width mode, please notice that is not a simple task and you will have to adjust the entire theme to the new width for better results.
