Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and also, install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. Clear all your caches and check the results. Also, ensure that you are using the latest child theme version which comes bundled with the latest theme packet.

This is the default position for our Social Media Counter and if you want to change this, you should edit the td-social-counter.php core files and try to change the position from there. It’s not a simple task and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry!

Try to disable the child theme and check the results. Clear all the caches and check the results. Also, if you are using some untested plugins try to disable all of them, leave just only requested plugins to be active and check the results.
