You will not found all the elements which Visual Composer has. From now on, this plugin will be improved with some features which have to be exclusively for this builder.

If you want to change the behavior of this element, notice that you should edit the theme core files in order to achieve as you wish. If all of these settings are active and if the modal image does not work, please check your plugin’s list and if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of these and leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and check the results. In that way, you can rule out the conflicting plugins.

First of all, ensure that you have right installed the latest version of the theme via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case. Then, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them, leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. Clear all the caches and check the results.

Notice that a better way for adding such an image is using the Text with Title and add the image from Media Library.
