Yes, valid reasons in this regard would be the thing that on tablet and mobile, exists the Scroll effect which allows you to move to the top or move to the bottom very easy, right? That’s the main reason that our developers hide this functionality for mobile and tablet devices.

As you can see, our theme has this option implemented in some modules/blocks which use this structure.
