Try to use the theme only with this active plugin and also, the required plugins which come bundled with the theme core files. Remove all of the untested plugins, because it is possible to interact with the theme core files and any other untested plugins and cause a lot of unknown issues. Clear all the caches and check the results.

If you want to achieve this effect, notice that you can implement it yourself, using some specific function which allows you to do this, like this one -> https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/is_user_logged_in/ Check the plugin’s file and try to do it. If you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry!

I recommend you to do a new clean install from scratch via FTP way to another sub-domain without any untested plugins which might interact with the theme core files and causes this unknowns issues. Please notice that error does not exist in our theme files and this behavior will not happen if it will be correctly used.

@ugokind I have inspected your website and I saw that on Mozilla Firefox, for example, you header ad is not displayed because it seems to be applied a strange class to your ad which gives the display: none property as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/wjuLCXLY9U9 and this properly will not come from our theme -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ueSU0Tv0. It seems to come from your untested plugins which might interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues, like this. Try to use our theme only with our tested plugins and remove all the untested items and rule out the conflicting plugins.
@alocharly, please keep in mind that our theme does not have any issue in this case and should work as expected if you will correctly use it.
