Will be two playlists ->playlist in a playlist, sorry! If you want to insert any ads at your post template you should edit the theme core files and add some custom code to the files in order to achieve as you wish. You will never get this problem if the theme will be right installed. I have made some tests on my side with a new fresh install and this problem does not exist.
