Also, I noticed that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. Please try to disable all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Being untested plugins, please notice that we cannot say for sure if these will work as properly with the theme and also, we cannot provide support for untested plugins, sorry!
If you want to display more levels in our theme and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

Also, we cannot recommend any plugin in this regard because the theme has been tested with none of them. Your plugin used in this regard is not tested with the theme and we have no idea about the theme behavior with this type of plugin and also, we cannot say for sure if it will work or not with the theme, sorry! You should contact the plugin’s author, tell the problem because he should be able to provide a more accurate response in this regard.

Please notice that the menu item has been added using a code which generates this button, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/J7WkvAwOm If you want to change this code you should find another code which generates another button. Also, please notice that all of these codes should have been loaded in theme to achieve best results. You can try suing some plugins with thins functionality, like as Font Awesome and check the results. It is just a suggestion.

Please keep in mind that this option is a general one, for entire website (mobile, tablet, desktop). Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. I have tested on my site and everything seems to work as properly.

Unfortunately, the theme doesn’t have the option to set a different banner ad for categories or pages. To achieve a similar result, you will need some customization in theme’s code.
