Unfortunately, our Big Grid feature does not allow you to change the width of them because you can break the theme layout, sorry! If you want to change the structure of these, yo should do some custom work and notice that we cannot provide this type of services at the moment, sorry! Unfortunately, we have no idea about the code provided by you and also, we do not know if it will work or not with our theme, sorry! Notice that the JS code should have been added in Custom Javascript Section, like this http://screencast.com/t/bW8Xf5H9HC or using a RAW JS on pages with Visual Composer. If it will not work you should contact the code provider because we are not aware to provide a solution in this regard and also, we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

Please notice that our theme uses thumbs and all the images will be cut from center to top, according to what type of thumbs are used by your modules/blocks. You should use big size for images because the theme only cut them and not enlarge them and if you are using an image which has a small size than the thumb you will see these problems. I have inspected your website and I saw that you have some additional customizations which may affect the proper functioning of the theme. Also, please try to disable all the plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins. Notice that the Jetpack is a huge plugin which has a lot of modules and which are not all tested with the theme, as and the Mashare plugin. Try to disable them and use the theme without them, clear all your caches and check the results.

Please keep in mind that the Visual Composer is fully compatible with the theme and seems to work as properly with the theme. Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and the latest version of plugins which come bundled with it. So, if you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with theme and rule out any conflicts.

Please keep in mind that it is just the same thing. If you are choosing the layout without content, you should create your own content from scratch. If you want to create the same with the demo, you should use the Inspector Browser and try to replicate it to your website. Please notice that you will choose the demo with the content, if you will edit them with your own content and in the future, you want to change the demo, all your data will be lost, whereas if you will use the demo without content, this will remain loaded at your database.
