Please keep in mind that untested plugins could have a negative effect over our theme and might cause a lot of unknown issues. Please respect my advice if you want to achieve the best result with our theme. So, first of all, if you are using the Wordfence plugin, please try to set it according to Bryson T advice which I gave you above and then, if your problem is still there, you will follow the above tips. As a suggestion, until you will work at your site, you can keep it in maintenance mode, using a plugin with this functionality.

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of Visual Composer 4.11.2 and Social Counter 4.1 in order to achieve the best result with the social counter. Try to clear all your caches, purge CDN file if you are using the CDN system and test it again.

I have checked your website and I saw that you are using a white background for your site, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/dCMsIUMRoCO Please notice that the layout of the theme will become boxed when you add a background image or background color. So, if you want to have the footer in full width, you will have to remove this background color from the theme panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/8OBYB4cgS and then the footer will become in full width layout.

This behaviour appears because perhaps, you are using CDN system. So, to solve this problem, please try to clear all your caches (inclusive CACHE SERVER -> request this to your hosting provider), purge CDN file and test it again and check the results. Until now, we have encountered this problem and all of the customers which were had this issue were solved it by deleting the cache server. Please try to contact your hosting provider and request them to clear the server cache.

Please try to disable ALL the plugins and leave just the Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. It is possible that your plugins to interfere between them and might cause some unknown issues.

Yes, you can use our TagDiv Blocks from the Widgets area because all of these are optimized for 1 column. Please keep in mind that our theme has 25 Blocks, and all of them could be used in 1/2 or 3 columns.
