Hello Albert,
Yes, if you want that your Ads to be visible for all devices you will have to add all of these 4 divs.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello Aang359,
I have checked your website and I noticed that you are using the Post Template Style 5 to show your post and this type of template do not use the Featured Image. So, you do not have the image here -> http://screencast.com/t/46O8DGQwKq1 because you do not have set the featured image from your posts. In order to achieve best results in this regard, please notice that you will have to set the Featured Image for each post when you edit it, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/yQ9WjcYpiA and the image will appear, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/UtBT40sSh
Hope this helps!
Thanks!
Hello mos_dja,
Please keep in mind that the WordPress automatically serialize all the values and we use the WordPress functions to save and read these values as you can see in the following screenshots -> http://screencast.com/t/gnnAoJxZvC6Q -> http://screencast.com/t/WW1X9cOq6su -> http://screencast.com/t/3t9gwB1Q -> http://screencast.com/t/FbpwgteI and the storing parameters is done through WPAlchemy. You will have to use the update_post_meta and for more references in this regard, please consult the Codex documentation here -> https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/update_post_meta Please notice that is not a simple task this request and if you are not aware of the steps which you needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello iamkingsleyf,
Please notice that our theme load only 2 fonts (Open Sans and Roboto) which are declared in td_config.php, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/fw2QvMsw Also, our theme does not have any option that offers you a way to change the default fonts. So, if you have loaded some custom fonts on your side and if you want so uses them as default, you will have to replace them in td_config.php and then you will have to replace all of these default theme fonts with yours in style.css
If you refer to something else, please provide more details about what exactly you are referring to and also, you can be more specific about what kind of Google Fonts you mean so I will be able to provide a more accurate response. (your website might be more useful in this regard)
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello snaxer,
I am convinced that there is a lot of browsers but unfortunately, our theme was not tested with all of them, sorry! Please notice that the theme has been designed to be used only with the following browsers, as you can see in our Theme Forest page, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/2DY8HCO8pB1, for achieving the best results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello FCEmarketing,
Please notice that latest version of the theme is 7.1.1 and the right Version of Visual Composer which you will have to use for our theme is 4.11.2 and Social Counter 4.1. For more information about theme/plugin updating, please consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
Hope this helps!
Thanks for the message!
Hello zingolo,
Please check this link, Lucian posted a solution here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/hide-featured-image-title-when-hovering-over/
Thanks!
Hello scorp,
I have checked your website and I suspect that you do not properly set the sidebars. So, for pages, if you want to display the sidebars you will have two possibilities -> 1) Using the Visual Composer with this layout (2/3+1/3) like this -> http://screencast.com/t/eDiV5efbhEq (in this case you will have to use the default page template or pagebuilder+latest articles+pagination) -> http://screencast.com/t/oNKE9O2l0S or 2) You can use the pagebuilder+page title template and the sidebar you will have to set from the theme panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/bRM71kT0Q -> http://screencast.com/t/5J9wz7SlDv9A
For category pages, all the settings about these you can set from Theme panel->Categories, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/dkvo6Cad
For more information about our sidebars, please consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-category-settings-work/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/smart-sidebar-2/ Also, this tutorial could be more useful for you because there you will see how you can use the Visual Composer, like this -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/
As a notice, for better results, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches, purge CDN file if you are using the CDN system and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello Roney,
I have checked your website and I saw that your mobile mode is not working properly. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active (4.11.2 version), clear all your caches, purge CDN file if you are using the CDN system and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. I have checked your Console and also, I have noticed that you have a js error and your Featured Images are not shown on your side -> http://screencast.com/t/jfEIE4n4 Most likely, this type of issue comes from your untested plugins. You can try to turn off the lazy load option from the theme panel and then you will have to check the results -> http://screencast.com/t/QYKeNgZKresJ
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Also, if your problem is still there after this advice, please try to make a new clean install from scratch with the latest version of the theme, without any untested plugins and leave just Visual Composer to active and see how it will work the theme with the default settings.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello crypthis,
Please ensure that problem does not come from your untested plugins. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. For more information about our ads, please try to consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-ads-adsense/ -> check all the ad sections.
So, if your problem is still there and if you have ensured that you ad code is valid, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect your setup page. Please provide the link of this topic so we can identify you.
Thanks.
Hello noxar,
Our theme has no RTL support because it has been designed to be used in this layout, sorry!
Unfortunately, we have no plan on implementing it in the near future. Implementing RTL support in our theme will require 2 style.css files and it will add significant “weight” to the theme. Using the RTL mode means that lots of elements have to be adjusted and this thing involves custom work and we cannot provide this at the moment!
Please try to do a simple search of our forum and you will see that our team offers support only for theme related problems and which not require additional customizations. Please check again our support policy here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/support-policy-2/
I glanced over on your old requests and I have noticed that all of these are referring to custom work and that’s why you have received the same response, every time.
Actually, if our theme does not satisfy your desired and if you are unhappy with it for your project, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and request there a theme refund.
Thank your for your understanding!
Hello theturkishsun,
Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option that offers you a way to add the view icons for your Big Grid Slider, sorry! This setting involves custom modifications and we cannot provide this type of service at the moment, sorry! If you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello planetvic,
This type of plugin is not tested with our theme and we have no idea about the theme behaviour with this type of plugin and also, we cannot say for sure if the theme will work as properly with this plugin, sorry! Also, please notice that we cannot provide support for untested plugins.
The speed booster is an optional plugin and it is tested only with these plugins – http://screencast.com/t/hcjLnOqh4i2 and if you use other plugins it will be automatically disabled. A lot of people install the plugin without knowing what it does and after that they add many plugins and some of them are not written fine so the developer took this decision. If you want to always enable speed booster, delete this code from speed booster file: http://screencast.com/t/RZLIOPUNdqh
Also, please notice that our speed booster was been tested with entire theme and work as expected. Please check other untested plugins because these can interact with the theme and can cause a lot of unknown issues.
For more information about speed optimisation, please check our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello StudentLife,
Thank you for your notification. We will do some further investigation in this regard and if we will find any irregularity through source code we will consider to solve it.
Thanks for the message!
Hello ankush,
Unfortunately, we know about the firefox browser issue and if you test our demo in it: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ you will see similar results (our demo is a bit better optimized but the effect is still present)
There is little we can do about it as it;s a browser issue. The browser has flaws on every type of animation.
Sorry for the inconvenience but Mozilla needs to step-up their game.
As for the mobile included browsers, if Mozilla has such issues then not much can be expected of these browsers as well.
Sorry for the inconvenience but we cannot fix browser issues. A browser renders elements the best it can. Some browser’s best is not enough I’m afraid.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello Glance,
Please ensure that your homepage is set it from the General Settings from the wp panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/wCusjqzJG4AA For more information about this, please consult here -> https://codex.wordpress.org/Settings_Reading_Screen Try to re-save your permalinks from the panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/50KVJB7afJh
So, if you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them and leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello iNBishkek,
Please notice that you any type of plugin you want but the theme has not been tested with these -> Page Builder by Site Origin and that’s why we cannot say for sure if it will work 100% with our theme.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello ahmedshawan,
In order to achieve the post pagination, please try to consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/posts-with-pagination/
Thanks for the message.
Hello Marto,
Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option for the pop-up ad, sorry! If you need to have this option, you will have to do some additional customization through code in order to achieve as you wish and this involve custom modifications, services which we cannot provide them at the moment, sorry! Another alternative for you would be to find some plugins with this functionality and see how it will work with the theme, but please notice that we do not have any recommendation in this regard.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello bombaglu,
The WP Super Cache is our caching plugin which is tested with the theme and seems to work as properly. Fir purging CDN files, please try to consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/ and on the bottom of the page you will find an example how should you see this option.
Hope this helps!
Thaks for your understanding!
Hello kawalchhabra,
I have checked your website and I saw that you do not use the classic structure for a post with Featured Image. As I can see, you are using some untested plugins which bring your photo on your post page. I have tested your post URL with Facebook Debugger, I have scraped again your post and then the sharing seems to work as properly as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/jvYyhYEc02M and the result here-> http://screencast.com/t/w5sXmV95z
On the future, please try to set a featured image for each post because the Facebook will bring this when the post is sharing on the Facebook. Also, please notice that our theme is not tested with this type of plugin and to avoid some errors that may appear in theme, please try to disable all the untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
Thank you for your understanding!
