Please notice that in our theme is optimized only the logo for Retina Display and not the thumbnail images. Also, this effect appears only in mobile mode for module 17. As you can see, the image was cropped to the 696*385 px (as original size) and then, for mobile version this image will be increased with a bit of CSS code, like so -> http://screencast.com/t/1AqsvEEOIMJi and this will lose a bit of quality. So, this is the normal theme behaviour in this case and this was a developer decision to do that. If you do not like this, you will have to change the block/the module. The theme does not have images optimize for Retina logo because in this case it should load 2 different images (one for desktop mode and another one for Retina logo) and this would affect server memory.

The surest way in this regard is to install the Black Version demo from scratch. Also, please notice that every demo has an own custom design and it is not simple to achieve this from the Theme panel. Please notice that the best way to have the black version of our theme is to install that demo.

Unfortunately, you cannot do this change because the child theme does not overwrite the code which has been placed in any wp_booster, sorry! As you can see, the td_module.php is part of this general folder and it cannot be overwritten in your child theme.
