Am verificat meniul din tema Tavel si acel efect a fost facut intentionat pentru un aspect visual mai bun. Pentru avea aceasi latime la bara de menu si pentru ‘sticky bar’, va trebui sa folositi un pic de CSS si sa il introduceti in zona de cod CSS personalizat din Theme panel. Va rog sa incercati codul de mai jos ->

Unfortunately, our theme hasn’t been designed to use the post template for custom posts type. Until now, these are available only for posts type. There is not a simple task to implement this feature for posts type if you are not aware the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to implement this functionality for you in our theme because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry!
Our developers work hard and we try to improve our theme in this regard and hopefully in near future updates to implement the post template for custom posts type.

Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the interference between untested plugins and our theme. Toate modificarile si customizarile care le-ati avut pe tema Default, au fost salvate in baza dumneavoastra de date si ele se vor vedea pe tema Travel, in cazul nostru. Unfortunately, you cannot use 2 templates at the same time. Each of template (demo content) has a different style. If you want to have the same design with travel demo, for instance, you have to do some customization in order to achieve this design.

This is the simplest solution of recreating the travel demo homepage on another demo. This cannot be done without the custom classes used by this demo.
Please follow these simple steps to recreate the travel demo homepage with another demo installed:

This kind of functionality you can implement on our theme with some plugins or with a freelancer/developer. Your plugin is not tested on our theme and we have no idea about his behavior on the theme and also, we cannot provide support for this, sorry! Please check the plugin documentation and try to activate it on our theme and see how it works for you. If you want to have some pages without the menu, you have to use a bit of CSS to hide it for your desired page with your page ID. Please try the code below and add it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.

Normally the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed: http://screencast.com/t/NqzloVgyUJB. In your case, it’s about two different domains and you have to buy our theme again. Unfortunately, there is no discount for your second buying.

It is necessary to do this because some untested plugins that you are using can cause some interference between them and our theme and can produce these errors on some devices. Unfortunately, our theme does not have such option to change the fonts for all website. The theme uses by default Open Sans and Roboto. The simplest way to achieve this, would be to search/replace these kinds of fonts with your desired font in style.css, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/QqveC5k0B

Please try to use Regenerate Thumbnail plugin to fit your all images into the thumbnails. Also, please ensure that you are using the correct size of images for these kinds of thumbnails. Please notice that the theme only crops images, it does not enlarge/stretch them. The image does not fit the container because it is smaller than the container. You will need to upload bigger images or use the ‘thumbnail upscale’ plugin to stretch images.

You have access to our new updates without any paying. Before to update your theme to the latest version, you have to know these informations.

If your ultimate update was from 4.X to 6.X, unfortunately, you lose all changes. Newspaper 6 is a whole new theme so an update from 4 to 6 may cause the same issues as switching to another theme (but we did try to maintain compatibility where ever possible).

Always make a full backup of your current installation – https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups and then do a clean update, meaning that we recommend that you delete the old version of the theme before uploading the new one – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ update also the plugins that come bundled with the theme files from the /plugins folder. In the “how to update” guide is specified that you will have to run the script that will import from database your settings.

The shortcodes have been changed so old ones will not work anymore. Please note that old files customization or custom CSS will not work with the new version and you will have to adjust or re-add them.

Bottom line is that newspaper 6 is a whole new theme built from scratch.
Unfortunately, you will have to clear your agenda and spare a bit of time to adjust all your settings to the new version of the theme.

If you have already Newspaper 6 and you want only to do the update to latest version, you should make this without any problem. All your customization are recorded in the database which is not affected by this update.
