Please make a fresh install via FTP by following this tutorial: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Your settings will not be affected as they are stored in the database. Simply download the latest version of the theme and install it directly.

Unfortunately, this kind of plugin is not tested with our theme and we cannot make a statement about their functionality. As you can see in this screenshot, we have a list with our tested plugins wich is work fine with the theme -> http://screencast.com/t/R9nEmAEtQw Q-translate X seemed to be the closest we could find to a working plugin but we cannot say for sure it will work 100% as we did not run a rigorous testing. You can try to troubleshoot it and disable all the plugins except Visual composer and Q-translate X to rule out any plugin conflicts. If you still cannot manage to get it working, then you will probably have to look for another translation plugin that works with our theme. Sorry for not having a precise answer. Maybe one of our users who have some experience with this plugin and our theme help you out.

Unfortunately, you cannot resize the image that appears in category template 6. Practically, this kind of the image is your background image wich you have set it from your Theme panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/Q7GEzcUy6Do and you cannot change it only for this template. Another alternative for you would be using a bit of CSS with the background-image attribute for this category template and insert your desired image. Below I gave you an example how to use this with CSS. Please try to implement this functionality in our theme following the same steps and code.

This kind of “problems” appears when you use the Speed Booster plugin and you have some custom modification on your site. If you want to exclude this loading delay, you have to put manually each your custom CSS modification in style.css. Here, I am referring to all the changes you have done into your Theme panel. The main core file is style.css and the first time the theme load the styles from this file and then the theme load your custom styles.
The way Speed Booster improves site’s page speed it’s by moving some CSS and js resources, which usually are loaded in the header, to the footer, such that the browser can load the content faster.

Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule our the plugins in conflict. Unfortunately, these kinds of elements have been designed to work as expected only for full-width layout, without sidebar. If you want to use them with sidebar the layout will be broken, as you can notice on your website. I have tested on my side the Big Grid 8 and nor this will not work as expected because the feature image will be cropped if you are using a sidebar. I recommend using these Visual Composer elements only on full-width for a better results.

If you want to do a custom block, the better option to achieve this is using API code for blocks. You can try to do it but please notice that is not a simple task and it is necessary to have more experience in hard coding to complete successfully achieving a custom block -> this tutorial addresses to advanced users. I understand what you mean. Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option and you cannot use these id’s because it change all the time. The single way is to use a single row for each desired block used by you and you should give the extra class for each row like this -> http://screencast.com/t/0trXhTRbdf and then you can use this class to apply custom CSS to hide it.

If you want to increase or decrease the width of the theme, all the layout will be broken and it is necessary to do a lot of customizations for a better look.
