Hi simchris, thank you for sharing with our community!
Hi,
The page layout can be adjusted on desktop and mobile with tagDiv Composer – https://prnt.sc/FtadVgzyBjgF
Thank you!
Hi,
I believe that there is a misunderstanding. The TagDiv Composer will be used to create pages and cloud templates, but not posts, for posts will be used the wordpress editor (Gutenberg or classic editor) – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoGQ0d5kIBg
Thank you!
Hi,
Unfortunately, I am not fully familiar with how the Loco plugin works, so I cannot confirm whether it will function as expected in your case. However, you are welcome to give it a try and see if it meets your needs.
Thank you!
Hi,
I think that you have used the theme panel translate option – https://forum.tagdiv.com/customize-a-translation/, but you need to know that there are pages and cloud templates that have custom text set with tagDiv Composer and need to be edited with the builder, select the text and change it https://i.imgur.com/WGK7DD0.png
Thank you!
Hi,
You can use any cache plugin you like; it is not necessary to use WP Super Cache. Just make sure that you find the right settings for the cache plugin you have used.
Hi,
I see, in this situation, it just needs to translate the current content into another language, then Gtranslate will be a good solution. If you need to separate the content, then if WPML is not an option, the only option remaining, I believe, is Polylang or another similar plugin that has a free version.
Hi,
Isn’t the logo image in that way?
Hi,
If you want to translate the website and have the same content, then you can use GTranslate, for different content and layout for each language, you can use WPML https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-theme-translations-together-wpml/
Hi marcnyc,
Your problem is not even related to the theme is related to the cache settings you have (you are using lietspeed check the css and js settings).
Your website with cache, is looking like this https://prnt.sc/CrX2H9yjpeMv. Without the cache is looking correct – https://prnt.sc/QtYw86mm4q99
Hi,
The RSS shortcode can be set in the “External shortcode” – https://prnt.sc/YU9GJjjV1hig
Hi,
Our theme do not have this option, but it can be achieved using the Revolution Slider – https://www.sliderrevolution.com/design/horizontal-scrolling-website/
Or you can use CSS, HTML and JS – https://www.w3schools.com/howto/tryit.asp?filename=tryhow_css_image_gallery_scroll
Thank you!
Thank you! We’ll check the email and reply to you there.
Hi,
I believe you are referring to this https://i.imgur.com/WK4rJtr.png. If so, then it was still a possible still form the theme panel https://i.imgur.com/P8bWVZc.png or from the ez toc plugin.
Hi,
For this please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and please provide the license key that has been used on taht domain. We’ll make a request for the key to be checked and if that domain no longer exists or no longer use the theme it will be removed.
Thank you!
Hi,
I’m glad you managed to resolve it!
Hi,
Thank you for being our client!
It appears that the type of underline you have is custom (because this is increasing when you hover over the link), which means that a ss like this one has been used:
.tdb_single_content a {
border-bottom: 1px solid #ea9e2c;
}
.tdb_single_content a:hover {
border-bottom: 2px solid #ea9e2c;
}
My recommendation is to check in the theme panel> custom code> custom css and look for the above css, find it and change the color ( #ea9e2c) – https://prnt.sc/dlDPsCG65vyw
Hi Marcos,
Our theme do not have this kind of functionality, but it can be achieved using an extra plugin, something like:
– Feedzy RSS Feeds
– WP RSS Aggregator
https://prnt.sc/noEU2vUl2rpq
1. Open tagDiv Composer
2. Add a Shortcode block or shortcode element
3. Paste the RSS shortcode from the plugin
Example: [feedzy-rss feeds=”https://englishsite.com/feed” max=”5″]
Hi Daniel, I think that it is possible that the team from custom work can create something like that. If you want, you can contact our custom work services by using the email services@tagdiv.com, provide as many details for teh functionality you need, and one of my colleagues from that department will contact you.
Thank you!
Hi,
Could you make a backup and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a temporary wp-admin acccess so we can take a closer look?
Thank you!
Hi,
Ok, so you don’t necessarily need to set the wpgmza shortcode on each category, you just want to make a tabbed section and each section to contain a map, correct?
If so, then do the following, Create 4 new pages, like Tab 1: Amazon Asia, Tab 2: Amazon USA … in each page set the specific shortcode for it [wpgmza id=”1″] (and other content if applicable), then edit with tagDiv Compose the template where you want to show these tabs, there add the tabbed element of the theme and for each tab set the id of the created page.
I hope this helps you
Hi,
You need to edit the homepage using tagDiv Composer, then select the element and, using the right click on it select the delete option https://prnt.sc/1YkHwYIC5EVN
Hi,
I’m glad that you managed to change it!
Hi,
I just checked teh provided link and for me the logo is displaying https://prnt.sc/q-k7LsNhopZV so I checked on the website and I found a situation – https://prnt.sc/vdtFvDM6Jytg it appears that on some pages the logo is encoded in base64. This is usually related to some image optimizations; it can be a plugin for images or cache plugin settings for images.
Thank you!
Hi,
You’ll have different wpgmza for each company, right? Create each map in the company plugin and after that, use the shortcodes in each company in the part (only the id will differ) – https://i.imgur.com/Ukdlm0L.png
Thank you!
