Usually, the ads in prebuilt websites are set in the element AD BOX, and you can remove it, edit with tagDiv Composer, select the viewport for phone and select the Ad box element and with right-click you can delete it => https://www.screencast.com/t/2GfCVx9BCAw7 or with drag & drop place it into the deleting red zone from the bottom right of the page
The ad box has 3 sections for ads: using theme panel ads -> https://i.imgur.com/KFa9ibl.png, using images/banners -> https://i.imgur.com/MfAPTaE.png and custom code -> https://i.imgur.com/2rh8SuD.png save it and will appear on the post (you can set a shortcode like a shortcode from adrotate plugin or other plugins).

1. The unique article is on the page, you will need to edit the page in an editor, like Gutenberg, and there you will find the option to set the unique article on the page.
2. You can not delete the empty column, only the row that contains empty columns.
If you want to delete a row, you can delete a row with the empty column using the right click on the row icon -> http://prntscr.com/owlyuw -> http://prntscr.com/owlynq or using the drag and drop -> http://prntscr.com/owlz2r or you can simply click on the row and press the delete button from your keyboard -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Mai7iyEG Also, The empty columns will not be displayed on the frontend, only in edit mode.

What I can do is to add it on our list and I just did it 😀

As an alternative, I think it can be used a css on the exact same classes and without the !important
For example:

.tagdiv-type {
font-size: 17px;
line-height: 1.4;
color: #222;
}

Set the code in the theme panel > custom code> custom css.

Those options seems to be related to the Gutenberg not the theme and most of them can be adjusted manually or with some custom code.

1. I see, unfortunately as far as I know there is no option so the video to be wide by default, it will be set manually. If you want to try a code solution, you can try something like this https://pastebin.com/EqvNhnkt the code should be set in functions.php in a child theme

2. The option with image resize is still working on my install https://i.imgur.com/qoU61aR.png so it is possible to have a plugin or something extra interfering. If you want you can make a test using only tagDiv plugins to see if the problem persist.

4. If you want to add events on your website, you can use ACF plugin to create them, or use a dedicate plugin for events. Normally events are CPTs
