You need to make some manually change in a file, please go in your site host open wp-content > theme> includes> shortcodes and open td_config.php wit an editor ( notepad++) go at 7760 line and increase the “show_child_cat” ( https://www.screencast.com/t/eI6xS9X5SF5 ), by default it set to show only 30 categories , after that save the change on the file and refresh your web page.

First please make a full backup of your site, then try to deactivate the plugin’s one by one ( there are plugins that interfere with mega menu , deactivate one plugin, refresh and see if appear mega menu https://www.screencast.com/t/5TiSgoURXPu );
If you decide to make update to theme, the updatewill not affect your website .
And yes you could find some plugins but not entirely like mega menu.

If I understand correctly you want to change the template for posts, if is so then all you need to do is to get a Single template form cloud templates ( https://www.screencast.com/t/iUd7SnXQp ) and in theme panel ( https://www.screencast.com/t/bQvuk0oe1 ), but if you have set on post templatye then you will need to do it manually for each post because the individual post setting overrides the general theme panel.
