Hello,
Unfortunately this is won’t working like that, the tagdiv Composer can be use to create pages not page templates, but what can be done if you have the page made as you like it is to duplicate the page and just change the content from it.
Thank you!

Hi,
I think that you want that each module from the big grid to display a different category, right? If is so then it will need to try a different solution, set a row and set it in 2 columns, after that in the right column drag 2 inner rows and the second one set it in 2 columns should looking like this – https://i.imgur.com/LP1fO8A.png then in each column set the Big Grid Flex 1 and set it to display only one article – https://i.imgur.com/5AhEYew.png then copy past this block in each columns (adjust the layout) and set in each Big Grid Flex 1 in filter tab the category you want to be displayed.
Thank you!
Hi,
In similar situations the single post content has been removed, so to resolve it the most simple solution will be to import a new single post template and assign it as global. This can be done form this section – https://i.imgur.com/nMe1Www.png
I hope this will help you!
Hi Daniel,
What you can do is to edit the cloud header and select the mobile view port, then select the mobile menu zone and check the option “Don’t load on desktop” – https://i.imgur.com/aS0RfTD.png
I hope this will help you!
Hi,
For the element that it is in the use it can be done only if you set the “Missing form label.” in code (wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/search.php). An alternative is to create a popup page that contain the search that is used on desktop.
Thank you!
Hi,
I tested with three emails, and all of them were sent successfully.
Could you please create a new email address and ensure that it don’t contain any unusual characters or formatting? It’s important that both the email address and the message content are clean and free of strange characters or code.
Thank you!
Hi,
The demo you have was builder using tagDiv Composer and cloud templates, therefore everything can be edited using the theme builder on frontend. The theme panel settings are normally added by tagDiv standard pack, please check if this plugin is installed if you have it, please disable, this brings old templates that are not editable on frontend with the builder.

Hi,
I will recommend to do a test, remove the cache from flex blocks elements and make sure the transients are clear, after that check to see if the number is of transients is the same or is lower.
I see you are using litespeed. LiteSpeed Cache can indirectly reduce the reliance on transients if you:
– Use Object Cache (like Redis or Memcached) — this keeps transients out of the database.
– Use the Crawler carefully — too aggressive a crawler can generate lots of transient data.
– Keep the database clean — LiteSpeed Cache has a Database Optimization tool (under LiteSpeed Cache → Database) that:
Go to WordPress Dashboard → LiteSpeed Cache → Database: Here you’ll see:
= “Clean All”
= “Clean Expired Transients”
= “Optimize Tables”
Click “Clean Expired Transients” to remove old ones.
Enable Object Cache (optional but recommended)
If your hosting supports Redis or Memcached, enable it under:
LiteSpeed Cache → Cache → Object This makes transients (and other objects) live in RAM instead of cluttering your database.
I hope this will help you!
Hi,
We understand the situation! The issue will be resolved in the next theme update. In the meantime, we recommend using a different browser to customize the page with the composer. Please give it a try.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
Hi,
This https://postimg.cc/dZJR5GPK is a mobile page that has been create using tagDiv Composer and assigned to the menu using using this guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-menu/ now if you want to have the menu simple like here https://postimg.cc/0MR0JLVj but with 3 columns then it can be used a css like this one, the code should be similar to this one:
.sub-menu{
-moz-column-count: 3;
-webkit-column-count: 3;
column-count: 3;
width: 20em!important;
}
The code should be adjusted after your need.
Thank you!
Hi,
I think that this has something to do with the settings you have made on the elements from the flex block 2, for example if you set a new flex block 2 element the image will be clickable. i think in your case can be related to some margin that has been set on some elements (check for margins set in %).
Thank you!
Hi,
If is possible can you please provide some more details about the queries, maybe a list with theme if is possible. This will help us to investigate more. Also, a link to the website will help.
Using the “cache durations to our Flex Blocks (1 hour to 1 day)” will add transients, that cache from flex blocks is using transients and it will contribute to the transients situation you have
Hi,

Hi,
to have an article that is using a featured video that is set locally make sure that you set the article format on video https://i.imgur.com/iljRQYz.png then the video link in this place – https://i.imgur.com/MJhPSbS.png If is a a stored video the featured image needs to be set manually, if is a social link like youtube, then the thumb from the video will be display.
The upload problem usually means your server is timing out or blocking the upload (your host can help you with this).
Check these fast:
– Make sure post_max_size > upload_max_filesize in php.ini.
– If you use NGINX, add: client_max_body_size 512M;
– Temporarily disable security plugins (Wordfence, ModSecurity).
– Use FTP to upload to /wp-content/uploads/ if stuck.
If still broken: Check your server’s error logs there’s likely a timeout or security rule blocking it.
Hi Carlo, a single post template should be editable from both places – https://i.imgur.com/p6VQRJD.png – https://i.imgur.com/MiawTQA.png in the situation mentioned by you it can be possible to be something related to an extra plugin or maybe to a specific article.
Hi,
The weather widgets that comes from our theme can be exclude from cache by excluding the file tdWeather.js

Hi,
When you add a link on your website to another website:
– The link must be in the page’s HTML source code.
– It must not be blocked by robots.txt or have a rel=”nofollow” attribute if you want it to pass SEO value (PageRank).
– The page that contains the backlink must be crawlable and indexable by Google and other bots.
– The backlink must actually get crawled and indexed, which can take time.
Backlink checkers like Ahrefs don’t see the link instantly. They rely on their own bots crawling the web if they haven’t crawled your page yet, or if your page isn’t getting enough organic exposure, the backlink won’t appear.
Hi,
If you are referring to ads like those https://i.imgur.com/ONQwW01.png those are set in ad box elements with tagDiv Composer. An ad box element can display the ads set in the theme panel – ads settings – https://i.imgur.com/aS4irEZ.png – https://i.imgur.com/drbG6FM.png but can also be set directly in ad box element, for banners in image ad tab – https://i.imgur.com/OXK8QE2.png and for code ad in custom ad tab – https://i.imgur.com/ecWqOmO.png
I hope this will help you!
Hi,
No, tagDiv modules shouldn’t generate thousands of td_query_ transients so quickly. This is a sign of too many unique, uncached queries.
This situation usually appears when the website has a large number of articles, pages, tags … also, those can be created by the flex cache option https://forum.tagdiv.com/use-flex-blocks-cache-option/
Use caching properly:
Enable a persistent object cache (Redis or Memcached).
Use a good page cache plugin (e.g., WP Rocket, LiteSpeed).
Thanks, we’ll check it as soon as possible!
