The featured image when is added for a post will be set as full size, but the flex blocks and the rest of elements from our theme provide options to set/changed the image size – https://i.imgur.com/tpPuCpG.png normally if is used the default image size, this will be nice display on all devices.
Now if you are referring to the featured image from the article, if you are using the single post template 12 you can edit it using the tagDiv Composer select the element, this is using a background image – https://i.imgur.com/FdPZCCH.jpg you can adjust it per each viewport in part and you can even change the image size displayed on viewport, image height, align and you can also set is as fixed.

Indeed, now on desktop the featured image are looking better. The situation on mobile is like this because the same image size (thumb) that is used on desktop is also used on mobile, but the module image size is changed to full width.
As a solution I recommend to try the tagDiv mobile theme plugin, this will change the website layout on mobile, but it will make it faster and should also resolve the problem with blur images from mobile – https://tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-get-mobile-ready-with-newsmag-theme/

If you are using youtube videos as featured image the the thumb from those will be used. Sometimes those are using low quality images and the theme creates other thumbs from it for each module that is used – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-theme-thumbs/

1. This is usually happens when the amp plugin is used with the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin. This is using only the Transitional mode from amp plugin.
If the Amp is not used with the mobile theme plugin then you’ll need to set it on Reader template to can use it with our theme.

2. Our theme and the amp used with our theme do not provide any option to can design the amp version, just to use the provided layout from the mobile theme plugin or amp.

Hi GoLearnHealth, the standard post template you are using is an old one from tagDiv Standard Pack plugin that are discontinued (we provide it only of old users), please using a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library that offers you the possibility to edit it as I mentioned in above reply – https://i.imgur.com/2QWYr51.png the template similar with the one you have now will be the ‘Single Post Template 12’ (in cloud library) – https://i.imgur.com/sN2QOny.jpg set it as global – https://i.imgur.com/9Jb4k2n.png or you can use other post templates that you like (Those can display the featured image using the img html element or using css as background like the single post template 12 and this will not use an alt text, only the images set in img html element).

It seems that the problem is usually on homepage, when I checked a post and category the icons are there. If you are using the mobile theme plugin, then you can add those ads in this section – https://i.imgur.com/tg4w3K4.png if you are not using the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin and only the amp plugin then it is possible to be need to use a dedicate plugin for amp ads (if the amp plugin do not have an option to add the ads).

This is strange, because when a post can not be indexed there is a reason and this appears in GSC.
I also teste the article with the Schema.org and Rich Results Test – https://i.imgur.com/aH0Ge0Z.png and everything seems to be ok.
Do you use extra plugins for cache/optimize and CDN? if you do, then please make sure that all cache and cdn are cleared/purge when a post is updated or publish, I saw a similar situation when a user do not know that he has CDN and this was not set to be purged.
If the problem still persists after this, then please do a test using only the theme plugins and try to manually index the article: Indexing pages to be included in search results

If so then it can be done using the tagDiv Composer, edit the homepage and select the header main menu element and in general tab scroll to the sub menu options, there set first level left position – https://i.imgur.com/zfBhERN.jpg the number set there can be positive and negative to move the submenu to the left and right.
I thin that in your case it is possible that the number set to be around to -150.

I just checked the socials and those are 8 on mobile and all of theme seems to be displayed on one line (there are socials that are not displayed on desktop and socials that are not displayed on mobile)), if you want them o 2 lines, then you can try the below custom css and the results will be: https://i.imgur.com/csJLXCm.png

Now I see that you have an bottom and top margin on ad box elements, so what I can recommend is to remove that space and this will resolve the problem with the ads when are not displayed, but it is possible to be a problem with the ads that are displayed.

If you want to test it you can try this custom css:
