Unfortunately if you have a pro demo installed the theme panel options will not apply on it, it can be edited only using tagDiv Composer, and this is not so hard after you do it a few times.
I will show you how to do it, first edit the page or cloud template using tagDiv Composer – https://i.imgur.com/YzFXqaU.jpg then select the block you’ll like to add the pagination and in “filter” tab you’ll have extra options- https://i.imgur.com/n2DTTeg.jpg. The theme panel option for inline image is referring for standard templates, and you have a single post template from cloud that needs to be edited using the tagDiv Composer, there you can select the post content and add you ads in inline ads section – https://forum.tagdiv.com/post-template-ads/ – https://i.imgur.com/7Vnpbg2.png

Also, if you have a mobile page make sure that you set on it the ads on inline ads section too.

I just made some tests and for me the filer seems to work correctly, but it is possible to be a situation that I do not cache in my tests. The Theme activation should be display only on website where the theme was not activated. After the theme is activated that message should not longer appear.
IF you theme panel settings are rested, then this is why is asking you to activate the theme, because the theme activation is saved in the theme panel. When this is happen you can use a theme panel backup – https://i.imgur.com/sfYwxzF.png
Also, it is recommended to see what is interfering with the theme and is resetting the theme panel settings. This can be seen in error log.

Hi arajioni, the popular option is referring to all posts you have on your website and based on the selected option ,let’s say popular last 24 hours, will display the most view posts in the last 24 hours from all your website posts, this is because most of the time there are old posts that are much more viewed than some newer posts.

1. You have now the amp plugin but also the mobile theme plugin, but I understand that you want to use the responsive version, therefore non of those plugins are not required (you can disable the tagDiv mobile theme and amp plugin).

2. This is usually related to a cache or optimizing plugin that is interfering with the js from the theme. Is this situation always, for example when you are logged in (and the cache is not apply)? If yes, then please check the browser console to see if there are any errors.
Indeed, I checked the website pagination is working now (because you disable the mentioned options from LiteSpeed cache plugin).
For css I think that you can use some options but not all of theme and for js please try to exclude those:
