Unfortunately there is no option to disable the confirmation email, but what you can do is to add a redirect link on login and register and when the user is logged or restreeted to be redirected to check-out page – https://i.imgur.com/9RRLRBi.png – https://i.imgur.com/VPaTuZi.png settings this after the user create an account and click on continue button is redirected to checkout page.

Usually this is happening when a cache plugin is used, then when you are logged in the logged user see the un-cache version of the website and when is logged out sees the cache version. Also, this can provide some problems when CSS and JavaScript are optimized.

You can use the EWWW Image Optimizer

The Newspaper theme has more options then Newsmag theme, but if you prefer a simple theme to use, then the Newsmag theme is the one.

The pagespeed depends on what you have on your website, external resources that you are loading on the website. Also is recommended to use a cloudflare (CDN) and cache plugin.

The amp version is optional, so is no need to use it, if you want you can use only the theme or the theme with the mobile theme plugin.

Normally to update the mobile menu should not take more then a few seconds, also if is a cache used, it is ok to clear the cache.

Most of the time this is because the mobile content takes to long to loading and the page is to big and it needs to be smaller, what can be done is to use the mobile theme plugin, but the mobile version will no longer be the same as the desktop, or you can use the mobile page template, this is usually a copy of desktop version and it is edited to have small images and compress content so you can have a smaller mobile page.

2. I checked the screenshot and related to this you are using the mobile theme plugin, when this is used the mobile layout is simplified and is no longer longer related to the desktop version.
If you want to have the desktop version on mobile then you’ll need to disable the mobile theme plugin.
