I just tried to check the images and for me all of them have the problem. Most of the time when this is happening it is do to a cache or optimize plugin that is interfering with the images that should be displayed in popup. Please check this and let me know if the problem persist.

Form what I can see there is used a font-family: ‘Open Sans’, arial, sans-serif; and in blog post is used a font and in the rest of the site a different on from family fonts.
What I can suggest is to set a font for menu – https://i.imgur.com/lrxWVbP.png (a single font, not a foamily font), this should resolve the problem.

Unfortunately there is no system that will display the size that are enabled, but it can be done vice-versa, you can disable the thumbnails from the theme panel and check on the website to see those thumbs that are requested, it will be displayed like this – https://i.imgur.com/oWVNbbU.png and enabled those sizes in the theme panel – https://i.imgur.com/UkxiaA0.png
Also if it is a flex, you can changed the thumb on module – https://i.imgur.com/jqXWXqN.png

Unfortunately some of them can be only with custom code changed, but some of theme can be renamed, so instead to display the ?tdb_tax_tdtax_my_taxonomy_name=something to have a different parameter, what you can do is to use a custom plugin like this one – https://wordpress.org/plugins/rename-taxonomies/ but the problem is that there can appear 404 for some links, so the website should be checked after the plugin is applied.

If the provided blocks do not display the featured image like you need, then please create your own module and use that one on flex block builder and flex loop builder.
