Hi,
If you are referring to this one – https://i.imgur.com/n2iJ4P4.png then you need to check the extra plugins you have installed. This is not a theme option.
Thank you!

Hi consumerista, the thing is that without activating the theme you can not install demos and update the theme. So, without the possibility to install a demo the website will look like a basic WordPress theme.
Thank you!

Hi,
Please use comes like this https://i.imgur.com/56913lQ.png those from your screenshot looks strange, copying the code from above reply can be a problem, please copy the code from here -> https://pastebin.com/cv0W58QM (or if you want you can contact us via email and I can set them for you).
For the problem with the Google Maps HTML, I think that you have in that code a specific size, what needs to be done is to use a css to adjust it for mobile, for this it will be need a link to your website to can investigate and make the code you need.
Thank you!

Hi,
“When it comes to heading in related posts, I’ve edited line 25 code, like this: https://imgur.com/V3z16y8” – this is because it was not correctly edited, you have there 2 tips of commas and you have only one parameters, not 2 like in my example, the line should be like this – https://i.imgur.com/aiDvPnH.png
The H1 is set by default on logo, but on pages and posts that have set the title it will be removed from logo and use on post/page title. In this case you need to set for page template this option – https://i.imgur.com/716seCA.png
Thank you!

Hi,
You need to replace the line code from line 25 with the code from the above link, or you can manually make the changed by adding between the (”,’H4′).

If the mentioned pages (“about us, contact us, and authors” ) were made using tagDiv Composer, then you can edit the page with this builder, select the elements and look after the Title sag (SEO) – https://i.imgur.com/kK4pP4B.png

Thank you!

Hi,
I checked those two posts, but those seems to be ok, I do not see any element that is wither then the mobile screen (also, the images are adjusted, therefore should not be a problem).
What You can do if you want is to try the mobile theme plugin, indeed, this is changed the layout, but should make the mobile version faster and more easy to use – https://tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-get-mobile-ready-with-newsmag-theme/
To edit the padding from article to the current layout, the only way is using a custom css, for example this custom css:
.td-pb-padding-side {
padding-right: 20px;
padding-left: 20px;
}

This should be set in the theme panel > custom code> advance > mobile -https://i.imgur.com/VrGhapL.png

Hi,
Usually these problems appear when is set a margin on elements, what it can be done is to set a padding, the margin is set around the elements and it’s width is added to the element width – https://i.imgur.com/7ZmiBV4.jpg, but the padding is added inside the element keeping the element width (oar an alternative is to reduce the width set in margins and borders in the width section – https://i.imgur.com/m4ECXrT.jpg).

HI,
What needs to be done is to modify this file – wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/includes/modules/td_module_related_posts.php on line 25 whet is the get_title replace the line code with this one – https://pastebin.com/cv0W58QM
This should change the H3 in H3 for related posts block.
Thank you!

Hi,
this can be done in 2 ways:
1. Duplicate the cloud category template for each parent category, edit and assign them in theme panel > categories to each separate category – https://i.imgur.com/oJ0Dy0D.png
2. You can use ACF to add extra fields for category and set them on category cloud template using the custom filed element.
Thank you!

Hi,
That option will display the last modified date on posts in blocks, for example if a post was publish on 13 and was been modified in 14, then the date that will be displayed will be the 14.
On articles can be used the single post template – https://i.imgur.com/Y4Wy9tp.jpghttps://i.imgur.com/LZ4ucOH.png
I hope this will help you!

Hi,
Usually this situation can appear when you are using the mobile theme plugin, if the responsive version is used, then the same layout should be on mobile as on desktop.
Thank you!

HI,
If you are using a cloud header, then you can edit it using tagDiv Composer and use the right click on the element to remove it.
On a standard header you can use this option – https://i.imgur.com/UI9Yjy3.png
Thank you!

Hi,

The theme offer for the blocks some filters and sorts that can be used so you can get the results you’ll need – https://i.imgur.com/Dp7hBBh.pnghttps://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/ those are the only options available at the moment.

Thank you!

Hi,
According to the screenshots everything is correctly set in theme panel and composer, but on block on front I do not see that the font to be set – https://i.imgur.com/GdtbNb3.png do you use some cache plugin? If yes, please do a test whiteout it.
Let us know the results!

Hi Teikey,
This is because the Newsmag theme has the H3 element fore each block on title.
The parent file for all modules is wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_module.php https://i.imgur.com/y00sjFn.png and the module for that block is this one – wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/includes/modules/td_module_related_posts.php (the title is call on this line – https://i.imgur.com/fLCbYwy.png).
Thank you!
