Hi,
The files mx2 and m9 can be found here:
wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/includes/modules/td_module_mx2.php in my opinion it seems easier to comment in the mx2 file and use a css to give full width to the module content.
Thank you!
Hi,
Yes, I understand, but unfortunately for the moment there is no option to close that message, but I will try to make a function that closes that message.
Thank you!
Hello,
I’m glad you managed to set the fonts.
I have added your suggestion to our list, maybe the developers will decide to add an option like the one you mentioned.
Thank you!
Hi simchris, for that message was used the same options were as the one for the plugin update – https://i.imgur.com/txEt2a3.png that message was added I think 2 years ago
Thank you!
Hi,
This can be done, but you need to edit those breakpoint values in the theme files, and this complicates the situation, the problem is that several files need to be edited and not all of them can be set in the child theme, and in case of an update the changes will be lost.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please check to also have the ajax view count disabled – https://i.imgur.com/vnaNke9.png and if the standard pack is active, deactivate this option as well – https://i.imgur.com/L57O4lr.png
I hope this will help!
Thank you!
Hi prahaarnews@gmail.com,
What I recommend is to optimize the website and database:
How to Optimize Your WordPress Database with One Click.
Choose to use either cloud templates or standard templates and disable all plugins that are not needed.
I hope this will help you!
Hi,
If you agree, I can take a look and see what is happening, for this please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide temporary wp-admin access to investigate this case.
Thank you!
Hi,
Unfortunately, the option has been added only for the Newspaper theme.
For this, you need to edit a file from the theme wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/includes/modules/td_module_mx2.php and comment the line for echo $this->get_image($image_size …) then you have to use css to adjust the layout, also for mobile, you have to edit other files.
Thank you!
Hello,
This can only be done by editing the css file in the theme and adding these font families (it should work ok in the child theme as well), or the classic option of adding these fonts manually in custom fonts – https://i.imgur.com/c0eZl8i.png
Thank you!
Hi,
If this is your website then seems to be now ok – https://i.imgur.com/ywmHU4x.jpg
If you want you can also disable the mobile theme plugin and check the mobile version.
Thank you!
Hi,
I have just checked and now I have received the email, a colleague is dealing with it right now and you will receive an answer by email as soon as possible.
Normally, to avoid problems, cache is not recommended for users who are logged in to the site.
Thank you!
Hi,
I made some more tests and I see that for your website that line appears only for one image when you slide and not for all of them, so I believe that is something related to the first slide image.
Also, I tried using the desktop and resizing it, but then the line no longer appears.
Thank you!
Hi ezioboy,
That option is for SEO and it is applied to the custom title – https://i.imgur.com/YBHT5LW.png
The H1 will be displayed only if is set in the post content. Usually, on posts, this is applied to the post title.
If you have it set in the post content and the H1 is not displaied, please check if this is not excluded – https://i.imgur.com/xGMgxsF.png
Thank you!
Hi,
I think that this problem appears only when you are not logged on to the website. Usually, this problem is caused by some cache or optimized settings on CSS and javascript.
Please check those settings related to css and js from the cache and optimized plugins.
Thank you!
Hello,
I understand, I think it would be best if you could contact us by email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide temporary access to investigate and resolve this situation as quickly as possible.
Thank you!
Hi,
This is strange. I also tried the settings mentioned in this topic, but I can’t recreate the problem, for me, it seems to be ok. Maybe the problem is only on a certain template and certain settings and not the one I’m testing. It would help us a lot if you could make a short video with the problem or if you could contact us by email and provide temporary access so that developers can investigate this situation and solve it.
Thank you!
Hi,
I checked the website and I see that you are using the mobile theme with the supper cache plugin – https://i.imgur.com/zTJs9xb.png, please make sure that this cache plugin is set like in this guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ and after that clear the cache and the desktop version will be sued on desktop and mobile version on mobile.
Thank you!
Hi,
This is because you try to install the entire theme package. What you need to do is to unzip the package and install only the Newsmag zip inside it.
Here is a guide – https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821510-Theme-is-missing-the-style-css-stylesheet-error
Thank you!
Hello,
For me, the Reel News looks like this – https://i.imgur.com/lDFPqD2.png so I believe that there is something different or is interfering with the settings from your website.
Thank you!
Hi,
I’m glad that the source of this problem was finally found.
Regarding the rest of the problems you have with the theme, if you want we can continue in this topic or it would be best to make a new topic for each problem.
Thank you!
Hi,
If you wish, you can contact us by email at contact@tagdiv.com and we can check the problem you mentioned, in this way we can urgently solve it. To solve the problem we will need cPanel and wp-admin access, it is also recommended to do this on the sun staging or test site, if you don’t have one it is recommended to have a backup of the site.
Thank you!
Hello,
I’m sorry but I’m a bit confused about what you said (I don’t know if I understand everything you want to say, but I’ll try to explain what I understood).
The plugins that are mentioned here – are frequently tested and if an error occurs we try to fix it ourselves or the plugin developers so that they work together.
Unfortunately, we cannot put many plugins on the list because then we would spend most of the time just testing the plugins and we would not have time for support and development.
If you use a plugin and it is not tested with the theme and has problems such as a broken style, here we can help you with the greatest love with a css, but if we have to make changes to the theme and the plugin to make it work correctly, then we can’t help you.
Now related to blocks, if you want to set blocks on a page, this can be done with tagDiv Composer, which is a page builder.
There are also some blocks in the Gutenberg editor, the standard one that comes with WordPress and replaces the classic editor.
Thank you!
Hi,
You can resolve this “problem” using this guide: Your Guide to the Autosave Feature for WordPress Posts.
Thank you!
Hello,
I will try to explain it more clearly.
The theme uses the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin that brings options in the theme panel for the standard templates (old, they cannot be edited in the frontend, only using the on/off options in the theme panel).
As I said, if you use a standard template, then the elements can be edited from the theme panel, and if cloud templates are used, then they can be edited on the frontend with tagDiv Composer.
“The third is “Post → Block → Advanced → Additional CSS Classes
Tell me how to use” Please tell me more precisely
It’s hard to understand in writing”
Please try this guide – https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/adding-additional-css-classes-to-blocks/
Thank you!
