Hello,
1. The “Errors at columns elements: 3(models) : 0(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme or a plugin conflict, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.
If is only for one page or a cloud template (it can be on the header or footer, you can change them for tests and see if the problem persists), this is from some settings/shortcodes set on it and it can be fixed using the page revision.
2. From what I understand, you had a demo and then installed another, in this case, all the content that came with the first demo is deleted (posts, pages, categories…) – https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/
“VERY IMPORTANT! If you choose to install a pre-built website with content, do not edit the content and use it as your site content! The pre-built website content will get removed when uninstalling the theme or switching pre-built websites. If you want to keep the content as your own, please create a copy of the page and use the copy as your content.”
3. If this situation only occurs when you are not connected, it is most likely related to the cache plugin, it still delivers the cache before you change the demo on the site
Thank you!
Hi,
If you are referring to a featured image from a post, then you need to set it like this – https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/ also, you can check this video tutorial – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoGQ0d5kIBg for how to use the tagDiv Composer
If this is not what you mean, then please provide some more details and some screenshots.
Thank you!
Hi Prateek,
Can you please try the mobile theme with amp to see if the problem is still persisting when the mobile theme layout is used for amp?
Thank you!

Hello,
Please try this custom css:
.td-post-content li {
list-style-position: outside;
}
Please set the css in the theme panel> custom code> custom css.
I hope this will help you!
Can you please provide a link to the website where I can test it?
Hi,
if you use this template https://i.imgur.com/5itYXf0.png for articles, then your image must be as large as possible, at least 1021×580 or 1200×800
Thank you!
Hi,
I understand what you are saying and this job becomes really stressful when the moment of launching the website is close.
Please, for the problems you have, send us an email to the address contact@tagdiv.com, include the link to this topic so you know what it is about, and please also add the license and temporary access to the site in the email (wp-admin access). I will check as soon as possible and try to solve all the problems.
Thank you!
Hi,
This can be done from this section Settings – privacy – https://i.imgur.com/e4nKKRT.png
Thank you!
Hi Stix, bingetowntv contacted us by email and we saw that he uses the Newspaper theme, which allows both standard templates and cloud templates and the problem was somehow related to the logo on the standard header, in his case the simplest solution was to replace the standard header with a cloud one.
If you want, we can also investigate this problem for you and find a solution, we can test this on a subdomain or a staging to not affect the live website.
Thank you!
Hello,
Indeed, the appearance of the WordPress editor may be slightly different from the one on the frontend where the theme settings are applied.
If you want I can help you with a css to be the same, for that I will need a link to that post.
Thank you!
Hi,
This error is due to having your Cookie Privacy settings too high!
An example in Internet Explorer, you can set the Privacy settings under Tools–>Internet Options–>Privacy tab.
Either set the slider to Medium or add the site under sites and click ALLOW. This will enable the WordPress plugin: Cookies for Comments to drop a cookie onto the user’s desktop which will identify them as a normal user and not a spammer or bot. Read up on the plugin here.
Thank you!
Hi kwita,
This problem can depend on several factors, the theme that was used previously, the editor with which the galleries were set, the options set on them and so on.
Unfortunately, we don’t have a solution that we can tell you to try and the problem will be solved, but if you want, please contact us by email at contact@tagdiv.com make a full backup for the website and provide temporary access to the site to see if we can do it a fixed. Also, include the link to this topic in your email so we can identify you!
Thank you!
Hello,
Normally when you’re on amp, you don’t search on the site, but on a cached version delivered by Google, so the developers have no longer implemented certain requests that are made on the site, such as the one you mentioned, leaving a comment, review … these being possible only when you are on the mobile or desktop version but not on the amp version.
If you also want the amp plugin now to have this capability, what I can recommend is to use the mobile theme plugin only for the mobile version or disable it, and set the amp plugin to “Reader” – https://i.imgur.com/5aAi8Yz.png
Thank you!
Hi,
I’m glad!
If you have problems or questions, don’t hesitate to tell me!
Thank you!
I see that you now have the responsive version and it looks exactly as it should – https://i.imgur.com/e73dFZx.png
Hello,
What I want to say is that there are elements that are set with tagDiv Composer on pages and templates and they have different options. For example, on a post, you can use tagDiv Composer to edit the single post template, in it you can set the featured image using one of the two elements, as an image or as a background – https://i.imgur.com/h9hApPO.png – https://i.imgur.com/FTe0DTF.png – https://i.imgur.com/vQb9VJa.png – https://i.imgur.com/wUXjmYf.png at the same time, you have to take into account the dimensions of the images you use, for example, on the desktop, wider images look better, but on mobile, they will appear very small (as is the case with this one).
If you want the image to be displayed completely, it is best to use the Single Post Featured Image element.
My suggestion to use the mobile page template is to be able to use on the desktop the elements that are set now and on the mobile to use other elements with different settings without interfering with them or having to hide them from a viewport on another – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jQvA64uTLkI
Thank you!
Hi,
If you want to have the same layout on mobile as on desktop, then you don’t have to use a mobile theme plugin or use it only for amp, as the name suggests, a “mobile theme plugin” is a plugin that uses a theme only for the mobile version – https://tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-get-mobile-ready-with-newsmag-theme/
Thank you!
Hello,
There is a general option in the theme panel that can be used – https://i.imgur.com/POBUUi0.png
I hope this will help you!
Hello,
I checked the website https://versus.uk.com/ and this is not made with the Newsmag theme.
Thank you!
Hi gcamaram,
I made some investigations and this problem is happening only if you are using the classic editor. If you are using the Gutenberg editor (the WordPress editor is now the Gutenberg editor), then it should work without problems.
Also, I made a notice to our developers to check the situation with the classic editor plugin.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi ezioboy,
As I said before, this situation occurs due to the fact that the images are set as background images, on the desktop they appear whole, but on the mobile, they must be adjusted to be displayed fully (- https://i.imgur.com/glhmoN4.png ) or, the alternative is to use the mobile page and make your mobile content separately using featured image (not the background image).
Thank you!
Hi,
Right now if you want you can use this code , yu need to set it in functions.php and that notice will no longer be displayed.
Thank you!
Hi,
Normally, if nothing interferes with the theme, when the modal image is active in the theme panel, that class should be set automatically. Now, the way you set it is correct, it just requires more work time.
Thank you!
