Hi vidweb, yes this can be done and there are two ways to do it (if the page is from the same website). Open two pages (one where the block is set and one where will be set) and use the right click to copy the element (or you can use the keyboard commands ctrl+c), the second option is to save the block as an element (use the right click -> https://i.imgur.com/7q8zT21.png) then this element will be add in tagDiv elements and you can drat it from there -> https://i.imgur.com/RiMxAXl.png

I think that the plugins were set via FTP (usually in those situation appear that message, and most of the time when the plugins are set via FTP is because of some restrictions from host) and were not installed from Newsmag > plugins -> https://i.imgur.com/EMGxEpL.png now if the plugins can be activate from Plugins section, then this message will not affect you (most probably you already have the last plugins versions -> https://i.imgur.com/UxC8E5e.png and that is only a message because the plugins were set manually via FTP).

Also, I do not understand if your problem is related to this topic. Here is discuss about how to make a specific menu, is this what you want?
IF the problem is when you click on add new post, please make a test, use a default theme from WordPress and see if the problem persist, if yes, then most probably it is a problem related to host. If the problem is only with Newspaper theme, please check to see if there is not a plugin conflict, make a test using only tagDiv plugins.

Sorry, but I do not quite understand do you want to have a post, page or category template that will display images ?
If is a page, then just edit it with tagDiv Composer and set the images on it.
If is a post, then you can set the images inside the post.
Now if is a category and is using a cloud template category, you need to use the tagDiv Composer edit that the category and set the images.

The plugin version can be used only for the theme package that is installed, an old version will not work.
Also, I made a few test, I downgrade to Newspaper v11.3.2 then I updated the theme using the option from the theme panel and I also made a test using manual theme update and for me both methods worked without problems -> https://i.imgur.com/xPb7f6g.png -> https://i.imgur.com/icnaigw.jpg so maybe there this is not a general problem, and it maybe a plugin conflict or maybe something from host is prevent the theme plugins to be installed.
