Pressing the next buttons should display the posts from the category that you have filtered or from all categories, this is the way that was build to work.
If this is not working like this, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Also I see that you are using Newspaper v8.8 and now the last version is Newspaper v10.3.5 unfortunately I do not have that version and the files with code for Ajax next prev code is in a different pace with a different structure in last version. now the file path is wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_block.php I think that in version you are usin will be something like this wp-content/themes/Newspaper/common/wp_booster/td_block.php -> https://i.imgur.com/Vm4mhCj.png

Maybe there is a setting in you cache plugin that is not working with infinite loading, we recommend WP Super Cache plugin with the settings from our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ if you want you can try it. You need to know that there are some big difference from Newspaper v8 to Newspaper v10, in last version the theme is has it’s own builder and is using cloud templates, updating a version so old like Newspaper v8 will be need some adjustments for layout to make it to be in the same way as in that version.
I think that the best way will be to get the last version from your envato account and test it on localhost or subdomain, you can try there to make the theme update, also you’ll need to use the new child version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/

The mobile theme is using a standard post post style, using the desktop version you can choose between standard post style and cloud templates, now the cloud templates are made using dynamic elements, when the standard one is a file with static elements.
What you can do is to use one of the standard post style from tagDiv Standard pack, maybe this will solve the problem.

The only version of amp that can be use with mobile theme is the one that is apply on our live demo form here -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_local_news/ and I think that is the same with the one that you have.
Unfortunately for the moment there are only few settings for amp version and non of theme has the ability for what you need.

So you have set on the “Read More” button a custom link that is taking you to a custom page where you have set a block 12, this block must be filter in some ways (normal will be to display one or more categories and the post to be sort after latest => https://i.imgur.com/rhmn9fI.png or you can have all the categories filtered by latest), also the user can get on that page only if is clicking on that button.
Now If I understand correctly you have some more pages that has this type of button that are redirection to a custom page, unfortunately there is no general option that can do what you need, the only this is to manually edit these pages and set the filters and the sort on each one to obtain the results you need.
If I’m right is just like you was building pages for categories.
