Hi,
I checked the website and it appears that most of the time it is taking about 50 seconds to refresh the homepage, so this is most likely a different problem. Could you please do a test using only the theme, theme plugins, and the cache plugin?
Let me know the results!
Thank you!

Hi,
Ok, if you want to use the multi-purpose icon, then please replace the above css with this one:
body .mfp-figure:after {
box-shadow:none;
}
body .mfp-bottom-bar {
padding: 0;
}
body .mfp-counter {
text-align: center;
position: relative;
padding-right: 0px;
}
body .mfp-arrow-left:before,
body .mfp-arrow-right:before {
font-family: td-multipurpose;
font-size: 60px;
}
body .mfp-arrow-left:before {
content: "\e960";
display: inline-block;
transform: rotate(180deg);
}
body .mfp-arrow-right:before {
content: "\e960";
}

Clear the cache and check the results.

Hi,
Unfortunately, those edits must be changed in the theme plugin file and should be done after each theme update because that thumbnail size doesn’t exist. To edit it you need to edit the file wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/includes/td_config.php, look for the td_api_thumb::add(‘td_300x0’, https://prnt.sc/KNli1gH4SIx1 code line around 1491 and change the width from 300 to 400. After that, you need to set the thumb on the blocks small – https://prnt.sc/A-XkfODxUiLO and use a regenerate plugin to regenerate the thumbs.
I hope thsi will help you!

Hi,
It appears that you have a plugin installed that is interfering with the mobile version. I think this is the AMP plugin.
Please disable the amp plugin, clear all cache, and the problem will be resolved.
Thank you!

Hello,

If you would like this section to appear across the entire website, the implementation will be slightly more complex. It will need to be integrated into the footer template rather than simply placed at the bottom of an individual page, which appears to be the current setup.
A suitable approach would be to create a child theme and modify the footer template within it. From there, the desired section can be added so that it displays consistently across all pages.
Please note that the Newsmag theme offers more limited frontend customization compared to Newspaper. As a result, certain adjustments particularly those involving templates often require changes within a child theme, especially when the needed options are not available in the theme panel settings.

Thank you.

Hi,
What you need to do is to go to Newspaper > Theme Panel > Analytics/JS Codes https://prnt.sc/cSjJjk1XbMHH set the code in the first field, and after that it will be displayed on your website.
I hope this will help you!

Hi,
If you have the last theme version in tagDiv Composer, you should have the shortcode element https://prnt.sc/9kj9mQ9tI_qz. Could you please provide some screenshots of those situations? I tried to access the link, but it is not working.
Thank you!

Hi,
There will be a need to make the improvements for the list provided on the Pagespeed test.
Also, for speed, if you are using the WP Super Cache plugin, make sure that you also use the Autoptimize plugin and CDN . There are also other cache plugins that can be used to do both caching and optimizing the site, so there is no need to have 2 plugins. For example, one of the best is WP Rocket, but you can also use free plugins like WP Optimizer and Litespeed.
Thank you!

Hi,
Could you please let me know if you receive any messages or what happens when you try to edit the page with tagDiv Composer?
Also, checking the screenshot, your website is not secure. Please install an SSL so the website will use https, it is possible that themes and plugins may not work correctly.

I’m glad that the problem has been resolved!

Hi,
I just checked, and it appears that there is a 403 https://prnt.sc/putozxRijzqDhttps://prnt.sc/eil-LOVtn3Ew (seems to be from Cloudflare https://prnt.sc/qtJsei3ubT23https://prnt.sc/Ro5cfud4H3V6 ). Could you exclude the admin-ajax request from being blocked?

Hi,
I will recommend making a full backup and updating the theme to version 12.7.5 and see if after that the situation still persists or it is resolved.

Hi,
What you need to do is to edit the product cloud template with tagDiv Composer https://i.imgur.com/A8mrOXi.png, then select the Woo Add to Cart element and check the attributes tab, from there you can choose the button element https://i.imgur.com/sS5vyUl.png.
I hope this will help you!

Hi,
Unfortunately, the cloud templates cna be used only iof those are publish (the cloud template ar some CPTs) and in order to can be used on the site to be apply those ust be publish.
Also, in case you do not want them to be indexed on Google, then this cna be done and will not affect the site with anything.
To remove the URL, you need to use Yoast SEO and choose not to index the cloud templates: https://i.imgur.com/6BRLmIs.png for Rank Math, https://imgur.com/WFyEf6W, https://imgur.com/MprNNxq. After that, you need to reindex your website on Google (or you can reindex only that link).
Thank you!

Hi,
This issue can have several causes, one of the most common being a plugin conflict. If any plugins were recently updated, they may no longer be fully compatible with the theme.
I recommend disabling all plugins except the tagDiv ones, then re-saving the permalinks. After that, check if the issue still persists.
Thank you!

Hi,
I just checked our email records, and it appears that we have received emails from you in the past. The most recent one was in April, so it’s possible the issue was only temporary.
Could you please try sending your message again? You might also try replying to one of the previous emails.
Thank you!

Hi,
Please try this custom css:
body .mfp-figure:after {
box-shadow:none;
}
body .mfp-bottom-bar {
padding: 0;
}
body .mfp-counter {
text-align: center;
position: relative;
padding-right: 0px;
}
body .mfp-arrow-left:before,
body .mfp-arrow-right:before {
font-family: FontAwesome;
font-size: 60px;
}
body .mfp-arrow-left:before {
content: "\f104";
}
body .mfp-arrow-right:before {
content: "\f105";
}

Set the code in the theme panel > custom code > custom css and it should look like this – https://prnt.sc/DN8c7yBm07MK
Thank you!

Hi,
Unfortunately, the theme does not have this option to create a custom thumbnail size, sorry! What you can try is https://prnt.sc/rsXwzFgYaDp3 maybe this will help.
If the above suggestion is not working, then you’ll need a custom code to create extra thumbs or overwrite an existing one.

Hi,
Alt text is primarily for accessibility (screen readers for visually impaired users) and SEO. It’s not meant to be a tooltip (that image likely has a title attribute set. Browsers show the title as a tooltip on hover, not the alt text).
=> alt – for screen readers (not hover)
=> title – shows tooltip on hover
If you want all images to show hover text, set the title attribute for each image.
Thank you!

Hi,

Unfortunately, there isn’t a built-in option to achieve what you’re looking for, so you’ll need to use CSS. I couldn’t inspect the elements directly because your site has right-click protection enabled, but the solution should look something like this:
body .mfp-bg {
background-color: #0000004a;
}

Hi,

I’m not sure I fully understand your setup, but category templates can only be assigned to categories. For pages, you should create them using tagDiv Composer, either build one from scratch or import a pre-made layout and customize it as needed. Once you have a page you like, you can duplicate it and simply update the content to create new pages while keeping the same structure.

Also, based on your screenshot, it looks like you’ve created mobile templates for categories and are using a plugin to assign them. However, for pages, you haven’t selected a mobile version, so the responsive design is being used instead.

Mobile pages/templates should only be used if you want a different layout or content on mobile compared to desktop. Otherwise, the default responsive version is sufficient, and you don’t need a separate mobile page/template.

Thank you!
