Here is how you can do, enabled the debug https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/, after that disable all plugins except the theme plugins and and in case you are using a child theme, disable lit and set the main theme, after that update the php version and see if the site is crashing, if no, start enable the plugins one by one and check after each plugin to see if the site crash until you discovered de plugin that is creating the problem.

Yes, this is normal, the theme has 2 heads, one used only on mobile that starts from 737px (https://prnt.sc/VMduZHsWM4r3) width and the other one used for desktop. So if you have a cloud header, you can also edit the mobile header and add the elements you want to have when a mobile device is in use https://prnt.sc/Vd_GP6lzXlJV
Also, there is no real device that will have 767px width, so that case should ot happen on a real device.

Yes, here are some quick things to check when AdSense ads don’t show in the Newspaper theme:
1. Ad approval (most common issue): Make sure your AdSense account + ad units are fully approved. New sites or units can take time (hours to days) before ads appear.
2. Low or no traffic: If the site has very low traffic, AdSense may not serve ads consistently yet.
3. Ad blocking / cache:
– Clear all caches (plugin + server + CDN if used)
– Disable ad blockers while testing
– Test in incognito mode

First, make sure that all theme plugins that you have installed and activated on Newspaper 7.5 will also be updated and used on Newsapper 12.7.5, as this will be a big update for you. In Newsapper 12 under Newsapper > plugins, you’ll see an extra plugin that was not there before. This is the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin. In your case, you’ll need to install and activate that plugin to bring back the old templates for your website.

The situation is as follows: when the sidebar is removed, a larger image thumbnail is required. However, the issue occurs because the image doesn’t have a thumbnail generated for that size, so it appears as if no thumbnail is available.

This is not a bug, it’s the intended behavior of the element.
You can set the title and excerpt length directly from the block settings. The excerpt length setting only applies when no manual excerpt is defined for a post, in which case it will pull content from the article itself. If an excerpt is already set, it will be displayed in full.
You can also adjust the image height, and overall, everything can be customized from the block settings.

Hi,
This is happening because the td-multipurpose font is not loading across the entire website, it only loads on pages where an element explicitly uses that font.
To fix this, you can force the font to load globally by adding the code in Theme Panel → Analytics / JS Codes → Header Code (the first field for code).
